They gave us a dirty smelly room in a low floor. Was stuffy and there was a random dusty fan on the floor. Gross.

A good location close to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, The Shard and convenient transport to many other attractions. The hotel is of a good standard with a spa and swimming pool. The room was spacious. My only negative point was that the TV was lacking several free view channels and was not very smart as it didn’t seem to have any built in apps.

Great hotel. Will be back at some point.

Lovely hotel with pool. Gave us a free upgrade which was lovely. Great location to jump on the tube at tower hill. Breakfast was very busy but we didn't have to wait for a table or at the buffet so no complaints.

Towels in my room had poop stains on them. The refillable cream was empty. Dust everywhere. The pool had specific times for children, where the other times were adult only, however when I went during adult only, there were children there. The pool also had strict rules (no phones allowed) however men were sat poolside with their phones. Poor unfriendly staff both at reception and at breakfast. The clientele were the young riff raff type (maybe because I stayed during the carnival weekend) where young boys walked around at breakfast with their hands in their pants. Not worth the price point at all. Wont be staying here again.
