Hotel was fine and night crew worked to make our check in stressless after a bad day of travel ( Air France booked us with asigned TVG sea0ts scnd class Lill to Paris for flight London, TVG train late then broke down and had to ne replaced...we missed our flight and waited in line over an hour to repace air for 9:00 p.m (last flight of day). In leonard at 11p.m ish...fine but not what expecting...as checking out Yoanita tried vvery hard to change perception which raised our rating a level because she gave impression she really cared.

Nice comfy hotel

Nice hotel. Pretty comfortable and well equipped rooms. Breakfast was decent enough. Service in the bar was a little slow - they missed a trick as we would’ve spent more money had they been more attentive but overall a great stay.
