Exactly what I hoped. My only complaint was the pre-paid breakfast option: the hotel could not change the date for this purchase after the fact, which I consider unreasonable. It would be better to discontinue that solicitation, as it seems to me misleading and detracts from an otherwise excellent experience.

The location is very good. Its a less than 5 minutes walk from the Aldgate East station. What can get better - Room size is quite small esp for 3 adults. There was very little space to keep suitcases. Also breakfast menu remains unchanged. It gets very boring/ monotonous to eat the same things 4 mornings in a row - unless one is used to that.

Fabulous place to stay at in the Shoreditch area. Tons of things to do within walking distance and/or the tube. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped to check us in early. Highly reccommend!

Comfortable rooms with decent beds. Very quiet halls, dudnt hear the neighbors at all. Good location in Whitechapel with close tube access in all directions. Staff was friendly and helpful with requests for towels, etc.

Great location, lovely reception area. Room was a good size, nicely decorated and kept clean. Only issue in the room was that the fridge didn’t work but that didn’t matter too much for us.

Property and staff are outstanding. Food was ok, breakfast is their best meal by far. I’d say the only real drawback is the area as it’s a bit noisy, I was 8 floors up and could hear a street party. Hotel is clean as well.
