Really lovely stay, the bed had some wear and tear on the headboard and not many tasty options for veggie or halal diets for breakfast. However, overall it was a lovely stay - nice looking property, spa was amazing and not too busy. I enjoyed the steam room and pool.

Park Plaza cheap and great

We only stayed here because Avanti West Coast had cancelled our train back to Liverpool... I stayed here before, but this time was still exceptional. They don't cut corners or forget about you, Security was 24h on the door, at least 4 check in staff working at once at 11pm. The room was modern, and comfy with a sofa. However the bed was hard but still had a good sleep
