We stayed 3 days. The first day I requested do not disturb while we were out and when we returned our beds had been made. Nothing else was different in the room. Also. The 2 days I did request housekeeping supplies such as water and coffee supplies were not stocked. The bed was not comfortable. It felt like a sofa bed mattress on a bed frame. I was not displeased with this property but was disappointed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. And breakfast was good with lots of options.

The location and the service were excellent. I would give it 4.5 stars. The one thing was there were tears in the headboard of the bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, it was just aesthetically not a good look.

Excellent hotel

Excellent location, lovely room and bathroom. Didn’t have breakfast but used the coffee shop instead which was very nice. Plenty of staff on reception who were very efficient. Excellent hotel, will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. The staff was outstanding, and the concierge team—Tony and Michael—were especially amazing: incredibly helpful and full of great information! The front desk staff was equally fantastic. Breakfast was delicious, and the servers were kind and accommodating. One suggestion would be to introduce a little more variety at breakfast, as we stayed for 11 days and the offerings were mostly the same each morning. That said, everything was consistently well-prepared and tasty. The gym facilities were excellent, and we really enjoyed the sauna and pool as well. Park Plaza is also very kid-friendly, with a playroom and a mascot that greets the children each morning—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-12 minute walk from the London Eye, with Big Ben and other attractions nearby. We traveled a long way to the UK, and staying at Park Plaza made the journey absolutely worth it. We had a truly wonderful time and were very sad to leave. We will definitely be back!
