The hotel was beautiful, the bar areas were fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Hasan booked me in on arrival and he couldn’t have been nicer. The room itself was perfect for one person with an excellent shower and it was super clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. We attended a function at the nearby Hilton. This hotel is about 1000x better in my opinion.

Compact but good

Great location for central London. Room small but had everything we needed. Ate once at the Joe Allan Resteraunt attached to the hotel - not very good and over priced. No one asked us how our meal was. Liked the free red London water bottle and that you could refill on the landing. We took breakfast in the traditional cafe 2 doors down from the hotel entrance. Good quality cafe breakfast and for London reasonable prices.

Love this hotel!

Wonderful stay. The rooms are small, but it was all I needed. The hotel is clean and safe, but the service is OFF THE CHARTS! Such wonderful people working there who were all so helpful.

Strand Palace Hotel

Hotel itself had been superbly updated with excellent fixtures and fittings. Breakfast was well organized, but some concerns about quality of produce which were not top flight but this may be a consequence of unnecessarily modest price charged for it.

Nice enough Hotel I went for the superior double room however it was tiny! Toilet floor was dirty with long hairs all over it! Staff were pleasant and helpful however I bought lunch at the hotel and it was at best average!
