Stayed here based on ratings, cost, and proximity to tube lines (Convent Garden and Waterloo) and walk ability to numerous locations. Despite a rather long wait for a porter to retrieve a checked bag, service was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and I appreciated the water and chocolate. Location is incredible, and this is a phenomenal location. Although I am a lifetime platinum elite with a major hotel brands I would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in London.

Great single night stay ahead of an early work event locally the next day. Been past thousands of fines but never in - really impressed at the hotel and will be back!

Great place for any occasion

Amazing accommodations and friendly staff. Clean room with the most comfortable bed! There was even multi-national outlets for convenience. Safe area and walking distance to public transit as well as main tourist attractinos. I would definitely recommend and looking forward to a future visit.

Fantastic property, only note is the shower basin is quite low and collects water quickly making it seem like it might flow out onto the floor, but other than that great worth for the month. Breakfast option is worth every penny, rooms are clean, sleek and modern. Property upholds its image well.

Love central stay

Very central hotel which was kept very clean, service great. Room very good, towels very white and fluffy. Shower dreadful, it rattled and vibrated, loud noise and the shower head kept jumping out of the holder
