Sehr gut und effizient organisiert mit self-check-in am screen. Alle Zimmer total minimalistisch aber mit dem Eichenbett trotzdem hochwertig. Zentraler geht nicht, perfekt für ein Städtetrip wo man sowieso kaum Zeit im Hotel verbringt.

Room a disgrace - no windows , tiny claustrophobic and felt like an unfinished building we left as couldn’t stay is such a small space

Arrived at 16:15 for my check-in and rooms weren't ready. The staff asked to come back in an hour or so, as rooms were being cleaned. Came back at 18h and managed to check-in and go to the room. Once there I called the reception to ask for an iron which they didn't have available at all. Very disappointing. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but it affected my stay. Also, shower and tap don't have a lot of water pressure.

Such a good Hotel for a trip where you want to explore the city as good as possible because it‘s in the heart of london! This hotel is very modern, clean and easy going! Would recommend any time

It would have been nice to have a window in the room. But therefore it was in de middle of the Picadilly Circus and near Oxford street.

Our purified air flow systems also maintain a high quality of air throughout the hotel despite the lack of windows.
