The room was in the basement and had no window even though i did not book this type of room. Also the air-conditioning was not working and instead there were 2 oscillating fans. The room was very hot at all times.

Loved the location and being right across the street from Hyde Park. We found lots of options in terms of dining and it was walkable to most landmarks. The room was smaller than we thought but we chose the newly refurbished room and it was lovely!

Helpful staff. Good choices for breakfast buffet including vegetarian/vegan. Close to Tube, bus stops, restaurants, shops. Rooms are small with little storage space for luggage and little space for moving in the entrance and around the beds.

the air conditioning was broken and while provided with two fans the room was very hot and uncomfortable....I don't think they should use a room when there is a fault like this and the A/C is vital for a basement room

The rooms were very clean and neat. Staff VERY attentive, resourceful and helpful. Location subpar near the park, souvenir and convenience stores, restaurants, Kensington Palace and Hop On/Off bus stop. Only small drawback was NO small facial washcloths. Ask for one but none available in stock. There were only big bath and hand towels. Hard to wash your face with this size.

Our room was very small but we asked for a new room. We had no problem getting a new room next day and it was very nice!!! We were very pleased with our remodeled room. The breakfast was good also. Easy location with lots of shopping in the area.

We thought we were going to get a renovated room as they had advertised and did not. If you get the 2nd floor ask for another room (very outdated), AC did not work, TV was maybe 15" with mostly local channels. No HBO. Showtime, or really any movie channels and the WIFI was horrendous. Staff was nice and the location was great and pretty central. The Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries were only 2 blocks away. Luckily we spent a lot of time out of the room.
