Perfect Hotel for London break

The staff working in this hotel (breakfast area, reception & luggage room) were so attentive to all of the guests. I have never seen such good staff. Breakfast was excellent, i couldn't complain at all. Hotel is on the Picadilly line so direct route to Heathrow Airport and down to Covent Garden. I would definitely stay here again if I was in London.

The room is not suitable for three people as the wardrobe cannot be opened with the extra bed. When asked why, the answer was that apparently all rooms are like this.

This was our first to visit England, when choosing a hotel it can make or break your stay. We only stayed for 3 days but the experience was more then expected. The President hotel was located in a part of London that made it easy to access all main pubs and restaurants not to mention architecture where London is known for. When visiting London be prepared to spend money other then that it is definitely worth visiting.

This stay surpassed my expectations. I think a lot of the London hotels could learn from this one. The staff were so friendly (especially Tomas in the restaurant) and it so often isn’t the case nowadays. The price was on a par with a Premier Inn but the service was excellent. Comfortable beds ans amazing shower. There is noise from the extractor fans if at the back of the hotel (many rooms are) but my daughter loves falling asleep to white noise and I wear eye plugs so no issue for us really. Worth knowing though.

Warm welcome

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and well finished but very hot. We only discovered the radiator behind the curtain by one of the beds, too late for us to enjoy a decent nights sleep in a room that wasn't too hot.

The hotel updated the bathroom and carpet which is the reason why I returned since two years ago. I love their breakfast. The room also updated with the USB outlet which is awesome. The only bad side is very noisy sometime when people walk on the hallway and I experienced one night that my neighbor room people kept talking at night which made my husband cannot sleep.
