Used this hotel earlier in the year too, very convenient for the British Museum. Underground station a 5 minute walk. Rooms on the small side but adequate. No air-con so can be really stuffy in the summer, even with the windows open. Good buffet breakfast. Will happily use again, though probably not in the summer.

Stay here regularly. Staff are friendly and helpful, lounge is comfortable and good place to meet if you're on business. Rooms are adequate, a bit dated but clean and comfortable. All in all its a great value place to stay.

Quite dated property apart from the lobby and restaurant which were modern and nice. The rooms were old and the doors were not sound proof in any way, so people moving in the corridor were extremely loud and would keep you awake. The pressure in the shower was actually too high which is not a standard complaint, but it was like washing with a fire hose

Conveniently situated at Russell Square means the city, west end and Kings Cross are all easily accessible. The hotel is ideal for a business trip with everything you need to be able to work comfortably in your room. I will use it again.
