Staff was on the rude side. They Tried to charge us multiple times for early check in, even after we had a receipt that it was already paid for. Not very accommodating when we had to leave for an excursion at 6:30am and we asked for a take away breakfast. Room was clean but very outdated. Bathroom was clean but also out dated. Not the best location for our sightseeing adventures.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay as central and mins from underground station. Did think check in was a bit slow , although I arrived at 2315 . But nice room with tea coffee facilities,spacious room .

Fantastic location, especially for a solo traveller! The staff were lovely, room was clean and shower was great! It was exceptionally outdated, the tv didn’t work well and the plug sockets were extensions rather than actual plug sockets. The decor was also very dated. The room was in huge contrast to reception

Good hotel. Abdul at reception was particularly helpful. My only criticism was the shower in the room (529). The hose on it needs to be replaced as it only works if it is set waist high.
