The location is absolutely perfect ! Fun pubs within walking distance and we loved the pie and fish and chips at the Vicinity Restaurant .the hotel is close to so many sites and close to tube station . Would recommend !!

Clean but quite dated. A little TLC required and would make a big difference in perception of value for money. Dripping bathroom tap, tv picture issues etc. For the price i would of expected more but that said it was clean, i enjoyed the stay and it was convenient for us attending a local event.

Musty smell entering room! Found the central heating wasn't functioning (very poor). Asked for it to be checked. Engineer came quickly after a check said it was a heating system problem and to contact reception to get a heater. This arrived after about an hour, shortly before we went to bed so not very useful! We found this very disappointing - will be be offered any rebate? Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. location is good close to tower hill station (this didn't help me as the tubes had a strike for the week). but under normal conditions good location. i was there first week of September so the temps were okay. if this was summer the room could get hot as i didn't find a way to have any AC.

Lovely hotel stayed for work as near office - fab view in bar of tower bridge and had room overlooking the dock - bathroom bit old and grubby looking with horrid shower curtain - cheap shower gel which are the minus points for cost of stay over £300 pn - rooms should be upgraded I think 🤔
