Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit difficult to get to with rolling luggage if you’re walking as the hotel is located at the bottom of some stairs. The surrounding area is lively though and you can get a great view of the Tower of London and the bridge. Room service was convenient and you can find tea kettle in the desk drawer

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love the outside views, the outside area, the inside bars. The area has a magnificent harbour area with bars, cafes and restaurants round it. The only downfall are the rooms which are very dated especially the bathroom but at least there's a bath, yeah.

Great hotel, situated right next to Tower Bridge. The room was very clean the bed was massive. We had a room with a fantastic view of Tower Bridge and the Thames, it looked brilliant in the evening with all the lights. Staff were friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again

Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Easy check in and out. Breakfast not too busy but food was cold and the coffee low quality. Had to use the Starbucks on site for a decent one. Hotel was clean and tidy with great views and not too far away from the tube. Good local facilities such as shops and restaurants nearby. Aircon didn’t work in our room so was uncomfortable and the TV stopped working

Breakfast is good, especially the 'Omelette Station'. The Air Conditioning doesn't work. We were told by Reception this is a 'whole building issue' as it's centrally controlled, so they supply you with Fans which don't blow out cold air. My toilet was broken - wouldn't stop filling - and I had to ask three times to ask to get it fixed. The whole building is 'tired' and need redecorating. At at this price you expect everything to be perfect.
