We so enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel. It is a perfect location and the view of the Tower. bridge was wonderful!! Concierge was so helpful and we very close to the tube and the hop on hop off bus stop. Loved the restaurants and the coffee shop next to the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was very disappointing. I have never stayed in a room as tiny as the room we stayed in! For the money that was paid for this room, it was very, very disappointing! The room advertised was not the room we got! The air con was stuck on 26degrees and it was high 20’s outside, room was like an oven! It was as if once they knew we booked with ’expedia’ they gave us the smallest rooms!

The view was worth it alone, but we had a mishap where they checked us into our room and then checked in two more couples into the same room, we had to call the reception and have ti cleared out, apparently they put us into a different room but our key still unlocked this room, weird.

Great stay, staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very hot and I don’t believe the air conditioning was working but the hotel provided us with a fan that helped cool the room down. Overall, great experience, would stay there again!

The Tower Hotel is immediately adjacent to the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. It is a beautiful setting along the Thames and the hotel offered outside seating for food and drinks. Music was playing outside until about 10 pm to add to the atmosphere, but it aired down after that. We found several excellent restaurants directly behind the hotel in the St. Katharine's Docks area. The concierge staff was very helpful in booking excursions.

Bed bugs

Got badly bitten by bed bugs while staying one night in room 263. Called the hotel to report it and I was asked to email them. I sent an email with all of the information and nobody has taken the time to respond or follow up my complaint.

The best location in London. The Tower Bridge and Underground Train at your doorstop and you are able to walk along The Thames to all points of interests. However the hotel had no air-conditioning, no fridge and housecleaning is adhoc - so for the price that was very average and disappointing. However the location makes up for lack of hotel service and amenitie.
