Fabulous London

Very nice hotel next to The Tower of London. Plenty of interesting places to visit. Nice room, staff excellent, the restaurant food menu was limited, even the VU bar. A tad expensive even for London, £12 for a glass of Malibu, overall though I would recommend it.

The hotel itself was located at a beautiful location and the view was unbeatable. But the room was the cold and the heating was not working, the portable heater given was alos not working and had to get another one. The TV was also not working which was really inconvenient as we reallyy wanted to relax and watch something in g the room

A couple of pictures. The hotel is tired and the room did not match those advertised. I was initially assigned a room that I could not get to as that area of the hotel was shuttered off and under refurbishment. There was poor/lack of safety signage giving direction around the refurb. The second room I was assigned did exist, but not as I had expected given the advert.

Fantastic view from our hotel room. Room was very cold, there was a little heater in the room, however for the size of heater to room with large drafty windows didn't heat a great deal... We didn't ask for more heating as we didn't spend a great deal of time in our room, but I'm sure if we did ask would have got more... Didn't like the smell of the main reception very pungent smell (air freshener) but again all we did was walk through, either out of the hotel or to the elevator to our room

Its all about the view!

This hotel for me is all about the view! We always book a bridge view room but missed out on the executive rooms this time and it makes a difference. The standard rooms are very old fashioned and out of date - if it wasn't for the view out the window I wouldn't have been too happy. A little time to do the rooms up would go a long way.

Perfect location. Staff excellent. Hotel lovely. Our room had elements that are a little 'tired' Air conditioning/heating noisy and unable to control in room. Once reception contacted, dealt with promptly.
