Room was clean, plenty of towels, would've been nice to have a small fridge, particularly in summer. Balcony was a lovely surprise and all, ALL the staff smiled and were very friendly. I could be cynical and attribute this to the new management 'bounce' but hope it shall continue as I am looking forward to return soon.

Very accessible. Free taxi boat to Canary Wharf a big asset. Quiet hotel even though alot of guests. Lovely area outside along the river. Beautiful skyline view from room at night. Warm cookies on arrival!
