This review reflects my personal experience with the hotel staff and check-in process, rather than the quality of the accommodations or the casino itself. Upon arrival, I was assisted by a front desk representative named Angel, whose accent made communication dramatically challenging. After a brief exchange, he provided my room key and directed me to my assigned room.
Upon entering, I discovered that the room contained two twin beds rather than the king bed I had originally reserved. I returned to the front desk and spoke with an employee named Floreta. Instead of addressing the issue with understanding, she remarked, “You’re only here for one night,” implying that the inconvenience was insignificant. Despite this, she eventually corrected the room assignment.
Later, I learned that a friend who had checked in the night before was upgraded to a penthouse suite at no additional cost, and another guest who encountered a similar room issue received a $100 credit. In contrast, my experience was met with dismissive behavior and no gesture of goodwill, which left a disappointing impression given the hotel’s reputation.
