Along with 14 restaurants, this resort has 3 outdoor pools and a full-service spa. Additionally, a casino, a nightclub, and 11 bars/lounges are onsite.
ARIA Resort & Casino offers 4002 accommodations with minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with premium digital channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Additionally, rooms include irons/ironing boards and blackout drapes/curtains. Housekeeping is offered daily and in-room massages can be requested. Unfortunately, we had a huge issue with the shower. The water did not drain in the water went over the transition line and flooded the room. Hotel staff Came within a reasonable amount of time to fix the drain and clean everything, but it was not convenient at all

We’ve had mixed feelings toward Las Vegas, most of our lives and reception at a multitude of establishments throughout our lifetime has been mixed at best. aria however, has brought service professionalism, food, and entertainment to the forefront not only do we enjoy ourselves, but we truly wanted to stay 2 to 3 days longer due to the unrelenting satisfaction that the staff and management extended to us. We’re going back again and again and again aria thank you for having us and we look forward to seeing you once more!!

I was really surprised to see the condition of some furniture in our room. They look really old and beat up for its age. The mattress was soft and saggy. One of the two bathroom sinks was plugged, the other one had tight faucet handles. Did not expect these at a hotel of this status!

The staff is always nice at check in but I feel like housekeeping is always in a rush. Someone left a cleaner spray bottle in my room which is odd and not safe. Room slippers were missing so when I ordered them to the room. I felt bad for not tipping but they should have been in the room to begin with. I stayed for two night with four rooms two weeks ago and none of the rooms were ever cleaned. I had to call for clean towels 3 times before I got them after midnight. This stay I asked for late checkout and housekeeping came twice to try to clean the room before normal checkout. Something is just really off here. I sent in a complaint from the last survey but I don’t think anyone really cares. It’s fine… plenty of other properties to choose from
