Delayed check-in. Elevators down for another delay to enter the room. Staffs so rude and we never got the water we requested. When we called to check, staffs are so rude for asking the basic amenities like water which they never ended up brining.

Huge busy hotel, but staff were friendly and the hotel feels safe. Regular black coffee should not cost 7$, however. Hotel rooms should have little in room coffee makers!
