Smelled like sewage (and I came home to Canada with that smell too). It took room service 2 hours to bring us water one night. It was also impossible to book a restaurant on the resort without paying an extra “fee” even though it says it’s included. Food just okay.

Everywhere on this property is a horrible sewage smell. The water and drains in the shower and sink smell. All around the property and in the restaurants smell of sewage. After you shower the smell is on your skin. We traveled with two other couples and this was the #1 complaint from us all.

The resort is so clean and beautiful. Staff were tirelessly and constantly cleaning. Food choices are excellent. The resort is in an isolated area, so there is no other transportation but taxi. When I booked taxi with the bell man to go to the airport and paid for it in cash, as I was told to do so, things went a little south. The next morning when I was ready for airport and was waiting for my taxi, it never came. The only bell man said to me I did not have to reserve ahead of time. I was glad someone help me and drove me to the airport. Management should investigate this matter, as clearly some bell man took customer’s money and never booked any taxi. I am pretty sure this was not the first time.

The property itself is great. The food quality was mediocre. The access to specialty restaurants is ridiculous. They force you to use an app to book reservations. The app never had openings at any restraint all week. Even a week in advance. The bar staff was some of the rudest I have ever seen at a resort. The front desk staff and housekeeping were great.

Avoid this place at all costs! I’ve been here for 24 hours, and it has been an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Every employee seemed disengaged and as if they didn’t want to be there. I’ve stayed at numerous all-inclusive resorts, but the service here is by far the worst I’ve encountered. The food is terrible—each meal seems worse than the last. The drinks are of extremely low quality, and the bartenders and waitstaff are rude. It’s clear there’s favoritism toward certain guests, and I was genuinely shocked by the poor treatment. Despite speaking Spanish, the service didn’t improve. I was almost in tears after the horrible experience at the buffet. The rooms also do not match the photos at all. The upgrade wasn’t worth it. Our room has mold on the mirror, and the shower is dirty. I wouldn’t even consider using the outdoor jacuzzi—it’s in disgusting condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

Nothing was beer resolved . Ordered room service for 3 Bobby’s straight and received nothing . Food was terrible . Never going back again and Itravel 7 times a year ! No thank you ‘

Great property, a little dated. Beachfront. Plenty of food choices, sit down restaurants require advance reservation. Not near shopping areas, need to get taxi if you want to go outside resort shopping, at an additional cost..Friendly, good customer service
