The food was scrumptious. A lot of food choices for everyone. The resort is quiet and the beach is ok but you can take a cab to Riu Las Americas to enjoy their gorgeous white sand beach there, which is a 5 minute drive.

Very nice resort. Very convenient and close enough to RIU Caribe to access the themed parties. Great, beautiful beaches. Staff seemed stressed at times with the amount of people but very pleasant overall. Only downside was the fact that there is a very pushy drug dealer that lingers between the property with Caribe. This was daily which the police were aware of after multiple reports, and yet nothing was ever done even after catching up to him. Amazing stay overall.

We stayed at this Riu for 5 nights. We arrived at 10am and they were very accommodating and allowed us early check in (we got everything but the room). We had two rooms (1 room 3 people and 1 room 2 people). The two person room was amazing and had a queen sized bed. The three person room had super small twin size beds. Both our beds had red drip stains on the sheets and so did our towels sadly. We called down and they remade both beds and got us new towels fairly quickly which was nice. Staff was very friendly and the food was pretty good. The pools were nice and had a good amount of room and the beach was just a few steps away. Overall a 7.8/10. The pink party and neon party were fun but be warned alot of people get way to drunk lol.

Both buffet and restaurant food were overall very average. Very few food options early in the morning. Room was certainly spations; however, decor is dated and bed was not particularly comfortable. The room staff were prompt and kept the room quite clean. There was a lot of noise from outside that was fully audible in the room. The outside grounds are well-kept and the beach is convenient with plent of lounge chairs. Wait staff was professional and helpful.

What i like the most was the safe feeling we got all the time. The food was not very good. This is my 2nd time at Riu Palace Peninsula and the foos is notging like the first time. Pools are cloae at 7pm which ia a bit early consider that the sun stil.up. and there is not much to do after 11pm

The property and location were excellent, and the room was spacious and very clean. The only minor issues were that the bathtub filled very slowly, and the hot water was inconsistent during peak times. Additionally, the food was just okay — I had hoped for more authentic, flavorful Mexican cuisine. I understand they need to cater to a variety of tastes, but I was looking forward to experiencing some traditional, standout dishes. Overall, though, it was a very nice place and an enjoyable stay.

I would like to come back again. Staffs are very friendly, from the room services, cleaning lady to wait staff, front desk or even staff on the beach who offer me umbrella,I were treated like a princess. Food is awesome the best food is in the main cafeteria. A lot of variety and the menu changes daily. I stayed one week there, entertainment is awesome e, there is afternoon party or faxing next to the pool, there is also party at night . You don’t get bored. Many restaurants, and bars. There is a 24/7 restaurant and also the room service offer 24/7 food. Location is great, white sand beach lots of chairs next to the pools or beach, no need to worry there’s no chair for you . Room view is great ocean view.

You need more activities for kids. I think you focus on Riu land for kids under the age of 10 but what about the kids 10 to 17? You have one ping-pong table that is always occupied and you have connect for that is never put out on the lawn. The sports bar is not a place for kids. You need to have an air hockey table arcade games things that are centered around preteen teenagers not baby crafts
