The resort was very clean. The food option was quite varied and excellent. The restaurants do not take reservation except one or two, so first come first serve. We would most of the time be told that there was a 30-45 minutes wait time even though tables were free, which was interesting but might their way of litigating overcrowding the restaurants and making sure the kitchens were not overwhelmed. (we never ended up waiting the actual time we were given). Brass was Excellent, ended up going 3 times there. Our 3 years old absolutely loved the kid's club which had everything you might dream of for kiddos and the personnel there was really nice. Overall an excellent experience that I would highly recomend.

First of all, food isn't the best as what I excepted quality of all restaurant aren't not 5 star hotel quality. Before I go, i checked amenity was Bvlgary or L'ccitine but it was so low quality regular hotel shampoo. You should bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Loved everything, if I wanted to knit pick the Mexican food could have been more authentic, I know it’s a bit white washed since their clients are usually American. Some Mexican food was 10/10 other was 6/10, like the chorizo

I have been to plenty of resorts and this one by far is the best! From the moment your feet hit the ground they’re giving 1st class treatment. We were met with so many smiles. Front desk personnel was accommodating wanting to give us the best room with a great view, to assisting us with money exchange advice. Then, we were guided to our room while on the way given information and locations of restaurants, coffee shop, pools, entertainment and beach access. Their food is also great. They have pasta, sushi, steak house(ribeye is amazing), hibachi grill and so much more…gotta go to Legends and have their chicken wings. They are the best! Love each other This Resort grounds are groomed daily, walkways polished and I mean literally. It’s crazy how perfect this place is. If you haven’t been to this resort…you are definitely missing out! Already planning my birthday trip for next year! I mean where else can you go and get a free open bar in the luxury of your own standard Jr. Suite Room?!?!

This was my second time staying here. Everything was great first trip. This trip I ate chicken and got food poisoning from Dukes Lobster restaurant on 2nd day. Spent three days locked in room sick. Staff was unprofessional and rude. They told me to contact a customer service email in Panama and they would respond in 72 hours. We’ll be home by then. All they did was give me a free massage and asked me to sign a paper saying I could come back for an upgraded room. Why would I ever stay somewhere that gave me food poisoning???? Even the manager offered to send chicken to room service after that was what gave me food poisoning. The management is terrible. They should have someone on site to assist. Will never stay here again. Do not come here! They’re refusing to give refund after endangering my health and wellbeing.
