I had an accident my first day of my trip in the bathroom of the room, slipped and fell , they do have a glass in the bathroom so be extra careful it gets very slippery, all the staff me treated me very good with their emergency kit and cleaned me every day making sure my injuries were protected while I was in vacation. Eliel is a staff that I would highly say thank you for being so present helping me with my health at the time. All the staff are very nice in the Hotel and you can easily walk to the clubs area! It’s very convenient! Very recommended 👍

Waited almost 4 hours for our room after arrival when we were continuously told a few more minutes each time. Once in the room, it was filthy, no towels and very grungy looking. Staff was rude and not helpful. Food was terrible at the buffet. Steak house was decent. Night we chose Italian restaurant my daughter was not feeling well and stayed in room. We asked our server if we can bring her an order of fooD and they said NO! Guests are not allowed to bring food from restaurants to their rooms.

The staff is super friendly and energetic. Food was good especially de restaurants. Beach was beautiful and the pools were always clean. Room was always cleaned well. We loved the entertainment. The hotel is pretty and big and although the hotel was fully booked it never felt too crowded or overwhelming. Bar staff was also nice and are happy to serve a variety of drinks.

Room was clean, aside from the washroom. It did not feel clean, as it was severely outdated. Snack bar was good, buffet was surprisingly amazing for breakfast. Both visits to the steakhouse was disappointing as our steak was very overcooked and sides were not flavourful at all. Resort pool and surrounding property was clean and convenient.
