When we first got there, we walked in the room and it smells. It was still dirty the bed didn’t have any fitted sheets. The bed was brown. The toilet was broken. The girl at the front desk tried to blame me. It was all rotted out. We found two roaches in the room. I have four pictures to prove everything. I’ve already emailed RIU but they said I need to contact you guys.

Spotless facility. Rooms are clean and spacious. The evening shows and entertainment at the main stage are a lot of fun. Restaurants are decent. The snack bar by the pool has good food. Bar service and selection is excellent. The beach is lovely and I suggest long walks in the a.m. The biggest surprise and the only negative is there is no hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area. Three pools and no hot tub!

The stay was great I would definitely give it five stars. The staff was always friendly, and helpful. The views were great, and there was always something to do. It always seemed like every night was one big party and it was cool. Buut the food was not always as good as expected.

Big massive resort is not equal to a small resort with the same guest rating. Big beautiful pool is a plus, but not nearly enough to overcome crowds, mediocre food, fair service at best, employees do not even look at you or smile, garbage bags left on stairwells by pool that you have to walk around. No reservations restaurant that we waited 40+ minutes (heard another be told 90 min). Details matter. This resort is for you young, not so wise to the world people that are used to fast food. Will not make this mistake again.
