Pasamos unas lindas vacaciones, el hotel en general tiene un buen ambiente, amable staff, rica comida (en algunos restaurantes) y un buen kids club. Sin embargo, las instalaciones son un poco viejas. A excepción del café en el GR, que tiene un muy bonito espacio y aire acondicionado. Además de muy ricos cafés y pasteles. El mejor restaurante es el Marco Polo, muy buena atención y comida. El restaurante Bogavante tiene algunas cosas ricas, otras no tanto y la atención es regular. El restaurante Veneto, tiene algunos platos ricos, otros no. Y la atención es bastante deficiente. El aire acondicionado en las areas comunes del hotel no es bueno. El entretenimiento está bastante bien, hay shows muy recomendables! Muchos postres tanto del bufette como de algunos restaurantes no son buenos. En especial los helados y los postres con masa hojaldre como profiteroles. Podrían mejorar en este aspecto. El room service estuvo muy bueno, nos limpiaron y ordenaron la habitación muy bien!

Service was poor. Waiters don’t want to work. House cleaning is to loud in the mornings. They move furniture every day from 9 to 11 morning. Can’t sleep after that hour. Buffet was very poor. No meat, no cheese, no milk. Maybe no more cows in Mexico. No water bottle. Very disappointment

Pros- The property had a nice pool area, big enough for kids, couples and party animals all to enjoy. The room was clean & spacious. The hotel entertainment was decent. Pizza station at the pool was a hit. Cons- The food in the main dining area was terrible, 100% dont plan on eating much...which is good news....you wont gain any weight on holiday. I generally only eat the fruit & meat all the all inclusive resorts main dining area. And even the fruit was not good. Advice if you stay here....Pack protein bars & book the restaurants when you arrive.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were told that room that I booked does not excist ( I paid extra one room with two queen and one with one kind) and I paid extra for that. According to them they don’t have those rooms on the property. So why charge people extra if u don’t have it. Came to the room, the sink in the Bathroom was overflowing with water, the fan did not excist in the bathroom, the shower head lack was broken ( used a hair tie to hold it down ) the remote was broken in the back where the batteries go. The food variety was horrible. There was sometimes nothing to eat because it was not good. I have been at this resort couple different times before and we liked it, so that’s why we went with this one again but they have changed a lot . ( in a bad way) I went downstairs at the front desk about all these concerns especially the one that i booked thst room. They didn’t do anything about. I mean they could of done something . Changed our room for something else or something. But we got nothing . Would not recommend this place for no one

so we seen some roaches at las fuentes restaurant in the ceiling going to in and told one of the staff about and told us it was normal?? me and my wife just looked at each other and was astonished about his answer. in a hotel business client health is priority and from the looks of it they have no counter measures for pest control. i will not be returning to this hotel unless you want to get sick.

This was our 3rd family vacation to one of the property they have, it was a bad experience from the start the staff is very rude you wait for long time for somebody to come and greet you, we went there again because we have always had a great experience the staff was friendly and the food was great but they had a staff change and let go off all the older people that had work there for years and hired people that dont even smile and don't know what customer service is all about. I WILL ADVISE TO CHOOSE A BETTER PLACE IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADICS.

Our experience at this location was not pleasant. They have many restaurants on the property but it is impossible to get any reservations, leaving the buffet the only dining option the whole time we were there, the staff are not friendly. One of the days there was no water in the whole building for hours, no showers, no toilets. Unsanitary conditions for hours, management did nothing to accommodate us or make our experience more pleasant. Will not recommend this property.
