Mi estadía en el hotel fue excelente. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, y la habitación era cómoda, limpia y bien equipada, ideal para descansar después de un día ocupado. Además, el desayuno fue delicioso, con una gran variedad de opciones frescas. La ubicación del hotel también fue muy conveniente, cerca de todo lo que necesitaba. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable y volvería sin pensarlo.

The pool parties were fun. The staff was nice and attentive. Staff helped surprise my friend with a decorated “happy birthday” room. I have no complaints. Check in & Check out was easy with drinks given upon arrival.

Water in the pool was very warm, the sports bar food wasn’t fresh, only cold sandwiches and cold burgers available, orange juice tasted like medicine.

There’s something for everyone here. The parties were great. I like that they weren’t all at night and the music wasn’t too loud as I was kinda concerned about the night time ones bc we brought our 11 month old baby. The activities during the day and entertainment at night were perfect. The food was maybe slightly above mid, the reviews had me skeptical but it wasn’t really bad at all. The resort is sooooo clean. The staff are cleaning day and night literally and I could tell safety is their priority as I watched a few ppl get cut off (from liquor) which was appropriate. Overall great experience, I plan to come back!

We spent 5 nights at the Riu Caribe and I was so excited because it was my first time at a Riu resort. When we checked into our room my cousins were also checking in and Donovan said oh are they with you? I will make an exception and upgrade them to an Ocean view room for free so their room can be next to yours. We were so happy and grateful. Donovan walks over to Roberto, the man checking my cousins into their room, so I assume he told him to upgrade their room for free. I finish checking in and walk over and my cousins are confused because Roberto said if they want to upgrade it’s $100 and my cousins were going to pay and use the credit card they paid for the room with. Roberto said the upgrade is $100 USD cash only. I did not like that. They were trying to take advantage of my younger cousins, keep the $100 cash and essentially steal from the hotel. I went back over to Donovan and said I thought you said it was a free upgrade? He said oh okay and then gave it for free. The rest of the trip Roberto was staring at us and talking about us to his coworkers. We also really didn’t like that there was no room service. The pools closed at 7pm and that is waaaaay too early. Our biggest issue was the food was terrible, I know all inclusive resorts aren’t known for their food but so much of this

Was pretty disappointed that every morning the housekeepers were extremely loud waking us up at 7:30am. Also my friend and I both feel we were mislead by all inclusive... everything was a sales pitch and a money grab. Not to mention the parties were lame and ended by 11:00

We had a great stay at the Rui Caribe - the staff went above and beyond to make us feel safe, welcome and relaxed. The hotel staff were constantly cleaning the common areas . The food selection is good . Upon arrival we had a mishap with the transport and Jorge from desk reception helped us make a few calls to recover what we left behind; he was even kind enough to upgrade us to a better room free of charge . We will definitely be back
