The room’s beds are too small, transfers from airport, hotel, hotel airport were not available when we got to Cancun, we had to arrange for one and hat was so stressful. Some of the employees at Coral Buffet Restaurant were rude.

In all of my travels I have never met and observed such hard working people! The service was always quick and friendly. The rooms, restaurants and common areas were all so clean, all of the time. Personally, I would need more of a variety of food for. Weeks vacation, but for the three nights we were there, it was great
