Fantastic all inclusive hotel resort. We had the diamond club upgrade and can say it was a nice touch with some exclusive areas and perks. Food was very good with several options to choose from. The beach is right outside and is gorgeous with plenty of seating and helpful staff which also made the stay a fun, engaging stay. Would highly recommend if you like a party scene.

My stay at this hotel was amazing, the hotel is huge and beautiful, the service of staff is very good. They made it easy to book excursions in the hotel. They have a lot of party events in the weekend. The rooftop pool was excellent as well. I had the sunset view room and it was gorgeous.

My check-in experience was frustrating, even with Diamond Club perks. Spending an hour just to get checked in is definitely not ideal, especially when you’re expecting some level of VIP treatment. And having sales pitches thrown at you around every corner doesn’t exactly scream “relaxing vacation.”

Royalton Chic is a beautiful resort filled with a staff that is very hospitable and friendly. The tall lady at the Spa’s front desk was rude but the lady who performed my massage, Morgam, was a delight. So sweet and so strong. Just what I needed for my deep tissue massage

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained. However, the common areas—especially the elevators—sometimes had an unpleasant, musty odor, with noticeable hints of sweat and body odor, which took away from the overall experience. The food and drinks were on par with what you'd expect from a 3 to 4-star hotel—nothing exceptional, but decent enough. The overall vibe leans heavily toward a party atmosphere, often with large groups enjoying themselves, so it’s not the quietest place. Guests tended to range from their late 20s to 50s, making it a lively and social environment.

I really wanted to give it 4 or 5 stars, but the service was lacking. We booked the Luxury Junior Suite Ocean Front Diamond Club and requested a King Bed. We pay to have the Diamond Club experience; we expected a better service. The property was well-kept for the most part and the rooms were nice and clean. The activities were good. The food was good. Our preferred room was great! 1. Our preferred room wasn't available 1st night. I wish this was told to us at check in. No compensation was given even though we were promised something. 2. I asked for coffee to be delivered to our room every morning but only received it twice. 3. We asked the butler to schedule a cleaning at 10am but it wasn’t done when we got back into the room at 2:30 pm. 4. I asked the butler to check on our airport transportation but never heard anything back. 5. TV didn’t work as described; Told our butler about it but never fixed. 6. On our last day, none of our butlers checked in on us to ask if everything is good or if we needed anything or just to say goodbye. We felt rushed to check out early even though we told them we were checking out at 12pm. We checked out around 11:15 ish. Overall, everyone tries to be nice and kind, but the services promised versus delivery were lacking. Our butlers were nice, but communication/service delivery could’ve been better. It seems like I’m nitpicking, but the little details matter, especially if you’re paying for that service. Diamond club, not worth it.
