Great location and walkable to all major tourist spots. Plenty of food options around the hotel area and felt safe even late at night. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were accommodating and good housekeeping. Where Prestige Hotel can improve is by providing more food options to cater for a variety of dietary requirements as the breakfast buffet was limited. We stayed in the Prestige suite and on the weekend could hear loud music till early hours in the morning from surrounding area and could also hear noises from the pipes from the room upstairs.

They offer down pillows! A plus I’m my opinion, but you have to ask. I thought breakfast was included, it was not, But they discounted it. Looked back and it said it was available, different from it was included. Restaurant has one Michelin star! Hotel lost power one night but was restored in an hour. The staff was sweating trying to get it fixed quickly!

Beautiful hotel close to the Danube on a quiet street. The furnishings and amenities are excellent and the staff is professional, helpful and responsive. There is an excellent morning breakfast buffet. The rooms are quiet, with beautiful furnishings including a very comfortable bed and a nice choice of pillows. Amenities included comfy bathrobes toiletries, workout bag and more than adequate storage. The hotel also holds a Michelin starred restaurant with superb food and service as well an excellent wine selection.
