Helena from the U.K. wrote a review of this hotel for another website on 6th January 2019. I stayed in the hotel from 8-13 January and wholeheartedly agree with her comments. In terms of some additional particulars from my own stay; - Paid for room type had to be pushed for - Check in one hour later than stated - Room not cleaned properly - a comb from a previous occupant was found under the bed on our arrival and remained there for the duration of our stay - we were given threadbare towels and some with sizeable holes in them - The hotel tried to claim we had taken items from the mini bar (I would advise guests to take pictures of this) - Restaurant has a very limited menu, the service was terrible and when the food did arrive after a very long wait it was cold The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the spa, and this is not enough for me to recommend a stay there. -

Poor service and management, we had requested king-size bed and superior room, and were given ordinary room and 2 single beds, next day neither bed was properly done nor the bath room

Fantastic Hotel outside of the Centre

Me and my girlfriend had our hotel booked to us as a birthday gift and we were more than happy. Friendly staff that spoke good english, Out of the centre with good public transport near by, great on site facilities. Beautiful rooms overlooking the river. Only downside was the need for a deposit on arrival, which was said would be returned on my departure. (Still waiting)

EISZEIT IM HOTEL!Meine Kollegin und ich sind insgesamt 3 Nächte im Hotel gewesen. Wir haben Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Hier unser Fazit: Sauberkeit: In Ordnung (Es wurde «nur» jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt) Frühstückbuffet: War sehr lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl Personal: freundlich aber nicht hilfsbereit, vor allem bei Problemen Zimmer: SCHLIMM! Bei unserem Ankommen, war das Zimmer recht frisch, am zweiten Tag haben wir versucht die lauwarme Heizung hoch zu stellen->Heizung ging gar nicht mehr. Daraufhin den Monteur kommen lassen, an der Rezeption waren die Probleme bekannt. Wir haben den Monteur gebeten die höchste Stufe einzustellen. Am nächsten Tag immer noch Eiszeit im Zimmer, Heizung lauwarm (die im Bad feuerheiss!), morgens wieder zu Rezeption->anderes Zimmer oder zusätzlicher Heizkörper. Am Abend wiedergekommen, kein zusätzlicher Heizkörper, keine Zimmeränderung->wieder zur Rezeption, Antwort: Sie haben keine zusätzlichen Heizkörper aber ein anderes Zimmer, dass warm ist. OK! Das andere Zimmer war noch kälter, weil da nicht mal die Heizung im Bad funktionierte! Gut wieder ins andere Zimmer zurück. Als Sie dann am letzten Tag nach dem Aufenthalt gefragt haben und wir das alles noch dem 5 Mitarbeiter erzählt haben und dass wir nicht zufrieden seien, gab es eine Entschuldigung die er uns nicht mal ins Gesicht sagen konnte. Als wir dann noch unsere Koffer abholten, kam die 6 Angestellte, die uns wenigsten zugehört hat und sich 10 Mal bei uns Entschuldigt hat!

Das erste Zimmer war so dreckig, es lagen noch abgeschnittene Fussnägel auf dem Boden, zusammen mit Haaren und Löffeln unter dem Tisch. Die Ecken und Kanten haben noch nie eine Säuberung erfahren. Das 2. Zimmer war etwas besser. Zum Glück habe ich immer Puschen dabei, mit nackten Füssen hätte ich mir einen Ekel geholt. Die Teppiche fleckig, die Ecken schmutzig. Hinter dem Vorhang an der Decke wurde noch nie gereinigt. Die Glasplatten hatten noch drunter gelaufenen Dreck. Die Flure standen vor Dreck. Unser Zimmer wurde bei 3 Übernachtungen nur 1x gereinigt. Zum Glück hatten wir die Handtücher nicht auf den Boden geworfen. Das Hotel ist direkt an 2 4-spurigen Strassen, plus 2x Strassenbahn. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht, also mussten wir die Fenster aufmachen. Lärm die komplette Nacht, sondersgleichen! Nicht Zentrum nah, wie beschrieben. 10Min mit der Strassenbahn. Das Frühstück ok, keine besondere Qualität, eher eine Massenabfertigung! Kaffee aus dem Automat, den man nicht trinken konnte. Die Eingangshalle erstmal wow, aber bei näherem Hinschauen alles verdreckt und vergammelt. Ich könnte endlos weiter schreiben....

Das Zimmer hatte keine Kaffeemaschine wie die Nachbarszimmer. Der Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure im Kühlschrank wurde von Vorgänger geöffnet, mit Hahnenwasser aufgefüllt und wieder im Kühlschrank versorgt. Meine Buchung war inklusive Frühstück und trotzdem musste ich dafür bezahlen. Zustand des Zimmers war ein Desaster. Fehlende Kleiderbügel im Schrank, oder keine Stöpsel zu Badewanne... Zum vergleich zu meinem Aufenthalt im Doppelzimmmer eine Monat früher, war d Executive Zimmer eine deutliche Abstieg für mehr Geld. Damals sehr zufrieden, diesmal das pure Gegenteil!

Ei viiden tähden hotelli

Pros: hiljaiset huoneet, hyvä äänieristys
Cons: Kylpylä, ilmastointi
Location: Syrjäinen sijainti, yks ok ravintola lähellä ja kauppa semilähellä
Ei lähelläkään viiden tähden hotellia, max. 3,5 Ilmastointi heikko, korjaukseksi tuotiin tuuletin huoneeseen. Suihkuvedet ei poistu, saat seisoskella omassa likavedessäsi, ongelma parani valittamalla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä kyllä. Sitten tämä kylpylä...lähinnä vitsi. Saunan yhteydessä yksi suihku, ilman pesuaineita, muut suihkut altaiden vieressä ilman näkösuojaa 4kpl, joissa oli pesuainetta. 3tavallista uima-allasta eri lämpötiloilla, ei mitään extraa niinkuin kylpylöissä yleensä. Poreallass ei toiminut, yleisesti kylmä. Paljon olis opettelemista kylpylöistä heillä... eikös tää pitänyt olla kylpylämaa... :O
