Staff were amazing and very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. The only issue was the wifi did not work well but the staff did try to get it working for us.

The space in our room was perfect. We were greeted with a smile and a bottle of wine which we exchanged for a fruit platter aonce we don't drink. The room had everyrhing we needed including a view of the basilica. The room was clean, with chocolates on our bed. The bathroom waa equally spacious. Modern design meets old world charm.

The hotel was amazing. Warm and inviting. The rooms were fabulous, high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. The lobby of the hotel was welcoming and friendly. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was excellent and again staff were amazing. This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in and would highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Budapest.
