I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property itself is beautiful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—especially the management team. A special shout-out to Carson at the Preferred Club (24th floor), who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Carson was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Thanks to the outstanding service and warm hospitality, this has become one of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about this place. The place was immaculate. The service was top notch. Our room was beautiful and concierge was on top of everything. The food was delicious. I have to say specifically the employees were awesome! Everyone was so helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs. Which was so refreshing. The other thing was when we first arrived someone tried to get our attention for a timeshare presentation or vacation club membership, my husband and I have been there done that so we weren't interested. They did not hound at all. We declined and they never came back. They let us have a peaceful vacation. So happy for that! The ONLY thing I was not okay with was to get a more romantic seat at dinner or upfront seats at a show, you have to buy a bottle of wine. The bottle was $100 (American dollars) or more! That's outrageous. This is all-inclusive, I shouldn't have to spend more for the seating. The shows are open for everyone. You don't even need front row seats. Also, not enough space at the "preferred" pool area for the amount of "preferred" guests. But, honestly, all the pools and lounge areas were so nice this wasn't a deal breaker. We've already referred friends/family to this place and we are planning to back in 2026. Hands down one of the best vacations we've been on.

The food was not as good as expected. The restaurants quality of food was horrible. only one restaurant was okay and the wait time was over an hour. The pool bed situation was another mess. There were not enough beds by the pool for all the guests. We had to wake up 6:30 am to run downstairs and put clothes on the beds to reserve for the day. It was horrible. The sandwich place by the pool was a joke. Only hot dog and hamburger with horrible quality. Will not return and I do not recommend this hotel. Not even close to 5 star.

Beautiful resort, great staff and excellent food. However, in order to get a lounger by one of the pools you HAD to become a chair hog putting out your things by 6:30am. Also, some evenings it was impossible to get a seat in a restaurant unless you were willing to come at senior citizen time.

Staff was helpful, amenities were great! Not much to do other than lounge by the pool or ocean. Bars were great, but the night scene is quiet. You need to wake up around 6:30-7am and get down to the pool or ocean to save a seat for the day, otherwise they'll all be taken and you'll have to sit on the sand all day! Food was great, surprisingly delicious at the buffet and all of the restaurants. They'll try to upsell you the minute you arrive which was kind of annoying, we hadn't been to our room, had a drink or food, and they sat us down for a 15 minute upsell that we had to agree to on the spot, or we couldn't get any of the benefits. Not the best tactic in my opinion! Overall a good stay. Would recommend, but would like explore other options to see what's around before booking again!
