An excellent, high-end all-inclusive resort with amazing service and amenities. The many restaurants on site cater to all tastes. The food was very good and the only aspect about the resort that wasn't 5-star for us. We upgraded to Preferred Club and the experience was top notch.

Great staff. Super nice. Perferred Club was a wonderful experience. Attention to detail was remarkable. Views beautiful. Beach superb thou the waves were pretty brutal. Dinners iffy. Get to the restaurant at 6. If you wait till 7 or later plan on 2 hour wait. Food was just ok. Presented well. Hard working and dedicated. Felt pampered and restored. Pool seating is all taken by shoes and towels bags and books by 8am. Not a living soul down there but personal affects. We had no problems sitting by ocean. Entertainment at night was average. Much younger crowd present. Mostly couples. We loved it. Drinks and bartenders were very good.

The food was amazing the staff very accommodating, our personal concierge Sebastian was very attentive. The piano bar area was very cold, it was hard to sit in there and enjoy the evening activities. It also had a smell right in that little area.

The 28th floor concierge Aldo was absolutely amazing, as was the 12th floor bartender Roberto. Israel at the door remembered our names and was also amazing. There are so many others there that were super awesome there. I can’t wait to go back again. I’m already trying to reserve another trip back. The staff really felt like family. I could literally write paragraphs about how awesome our anniversary was. Thank you for the amazing trip!!!

We did not like how this all-inclusive resort relies on technology... we were there for 5 days & the entire 1st day we spent waiting to get into our room- and when we got to our room- The view from bed was the lagoon side and Bridge construction. They moved us the next day to the room I had reserved with more of an Ocean view- I spent quite a bit of time trying to down-load and set up the required whatsapp on my phone which they asked me to do- with no help! and I wasn't sure of what I was doing and the stress it created- in a hurry was not my idea of a great beginning of a vacation! they offered little to nothing in the way of brochures and the room only had digital info! my husband and I were more frustrated than anything and the last 3 days of our vacation IT RAINED! so we spent an crazy amount of time in our room! This place is Not nearly as nice as Le Blanc- we did not feel catered to AT ALL - people following us around trying to sell us something - rather than focusing on giving us the experience we paid for! We spent too much vacation time trying to figure things out with little to no assistance. which made our experience super frustrating. we will not be going back. & 2 boot, we returned home late Saturday night and Early Monday Morning we woke up with COVID!(New Years eve day) Go Figure!

We absolutely loved this property. The staff were so helpful and nice. The food was good especially the breakfast buffet. All the restaurants on property were good as well. Definitely will be going back.

The resort was beautiful. The staff, AMAZING!! the food, AMAZING! The live entertainment was, mostly, exceptional. The resort is smoke free, and my husband was told he had to go out on the street to smoke. (Its' the Mexican law, no smoking on the beach either!) The resort was FREEZING! One night we actually went back to our rooms and retrieved our jackets we traveled in. :( Would we go back? YES! When the resort wins the smoking ban the Mexican government has enforced! And, I'll pack long sleeve shirts for us! :(

This was an amazing resort - beautiful property, good food, fantastic pools. The service was amazing everywhere we went. A couple of notes after some of the other reviews I read before our trip: 1. The restaurants were all really good and offered a lot of choices. For dinners, we went early and rarely had to wait, whereas closer to 7pm or later there were lines. Several of the restaurants as noted require a dress code - my husband took his "eating pants" that he only wore for dinner. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant - amazing food. 2. We paid extra for the preferred room on the higher floor, and are glad we did. It is quite loud at this property because of the amazing entertainment and neighbors, but because we were higher we didn't notice it as much. We did not use the preferred pool other than the first day, because the pools on the ground floor were fantastic, and the "preferred lounge" was handy but not needed. So really, we got the preferred room simply to be on a higher floor (the butler service was also WONDERFUL and we loved the two gentleman that helped us all week.) 3. We were very pleasantly surprised by all of the entertainment featured throughout the week. The entertainment team did a GREAT job engaging with all of us, especially Aisha (such a doll!) We did not choose this resort for the entertainment, but it was so good - a full schedule throughout the day. With that said, that does make this resort LOUD. That didn't bother us.
