From the moment we arrived at Live Aqua Cancun, we were treated to world-class hospitality that made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. As a vegetarian, I was blown away by the variety and quality of food options available. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented — a rare and refreshing experience for vegetarians at a resort. A special mention to the chef Mario at Azur who came to our table to check in and curated the best tasting vegetarian dishes for us. The hidden garden is an asian Gem. The spa deserves a special mention — it was truly the best spa experience of my life. From the calming ambiance to the expert therapists, it was the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The resort also offers fantastic activities - pool side bingo , yoga , zumba , water aerobics ,dj almost every night but the one I enjoyed the most was the silent disco .Nothing beat lounging by the pool. The view from there was absolutely breathtaking — the turquoise waters of the Caribbean stretched endlessly in front of us, creating a serene and picture-perfect escape. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and an experience that truly caters to your needs (especially as a vegetarian), Live Aqua Cancun is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

The room was great and the pool and beach are a highlight. All Staff with only a few exceptions were so kind and helpful. Food was just ok. We found the salad bar a good choice for us and green juice every morning was great.

We loved our time here. The location was close to the airport and checking in was very easy. The pools, bars, restaurants, and Spa were all great. I liked the included activities and especially the tequila tasting hosted by Ricky. The beach was beautiful as well.

We would like to recognize a few of the staff that were outstanding...Vidi our butler, Daniel our bartender in the Aqua Club and Alejandra who was our attendant at the pool. The dining facilities made special accommodations for allergies. Great place!!!!
