Was my husband and I first time to this part of Mexico, and all exclusive resort. Right when we got there they upgraded us to the beso area. We had booked a garden daisy view on the family side, so that was nice since it was just my husband and I. Right off the start you have to talk to someone, and we where tired from flying in early, and just wanted to go to our room, and my husband thought it was strange we couldn’t take our bags up to room. They ask you to come down for a breakfast and I believe try to sell you privileged, because that’s what I have seen on other reviews. Don’t really understand why they have that, only noticed when we tried to order a grey goose and seven they said we had to pay. The drinks seem watered down, and only Dos Equis amber, and could have had beer selection. The pools and property are very nice. Have to make reservation steak house, but food wasn’t very good, and Route 66 not that great meat was tough, also ate at Mexican restaurant, a little better and service was great waiter very helpful, but I have better Mexican food.
