I like the amount of dining options. The service was great. My room was a terrible experience. The first thing we noticed was the dirty green lounge chair on the patio. Then our ceiling was leaking. You could see visible bubbling of the paint. The staff painted over the leak. The next day black spot appeared and bubbling returned. Then came the smell of mildew. You couch smelled of mildew. The couch pillows smelled of mildew. The bad linen and our clothes smelled damp and wet. It was very hard to sleep at night because the air conditioning caused throat irritation and mucous build up. By the forth night we were offered another room but it was already our last night. The mosquitos on the resort were terrible. It was hard to enjoy the swim out because they were so abundant. Coming home I have almost 20 itch mosquito bites. I was offered a free upgrade for my future stay but I will never visit this resort again or recommend it so I will not need that. For the price and the room discomfort, it was very expensive and not worth the price.

I found this resort to be outdated and poorly maintained. There are raccoons roaming everywhere at all times of the day and bothering guests. The buffet is rather small with limited options. I have a shellfish allergy and one day there was no chicken or beef option available. In addition, they also ask about food allergies but make no accommodations for you. My spa service was rather lack luster. They have no fans or dryers to properly dry your hands or feet. So, my mani and pedi were ruined. I was forced to walk barefoot back to my room. They also have no lighting around the property at night which makes it dangerous—especially since raccoons are running rampant. The golf carts are limited in quantity which leads to you walking everywhere—even with your suitcase. I called room service 3 times for ice and never received it and they don’t have ice machines in the residences. Lastly, this resort is described as all inclusive but when we arrived, we were asked to upgrade to get access to basic things like an adult only pool. When you upgrade, you are not given a wristband to denote that you have upgraded—which ultimately results in paying for something that isn’t needed. This was no paradise for me!

I booked through Expedia as a VIP. I emailed them asking for early check in and a room upgrade twice because they sent me three emails stating they would discount a room upgrade by 25% and early check in at 7 am for $100. We get to the hotel at 12:15 pm and we got none of that. We went to eat and walked around and then came back. Still no room. I told them I didn't need a room upgrade, we just wanted to get in the room. Their check-in starts at 3 pm and our room was finally ready at 2:45 pm. Not good service. The "upgrade" was a view of a building and a few trees. It was the very furthest building from the amenities and I had two children with me so it was super inconvenient.

We mentioned during the checking that we are VIP. We do not received any VIP access. I have a neuropathy and mention to the person during the checking because own room was very far to walk. He did not care. Very arrogant. The area is far, no elevators, and dark during the night. The place need to improve especially the desk employees

VIP means nothing here.. you have to be in the preferred group to get in some restaurants, bars and pool. We had the buffet every morning because of this. The waiters could care less if we had something to drink with our meal. The Italian restaurant was nasty, no flavor. Dessert was sour. The best restaurant was french. We were not allowed in the rooftop pool either. They took our dirty towels from our room but didnt replace them with clean ones until we called. Had to call to get the mini bar restocked. Very poor service. We felt like 2nd rate guest because we were only VIP and not preferred. Will never stay here again.

I have celiac and i am vegetarian. There were so many gluten free options to choose from. Gluten free muffing, cookies and cakes in the Revive bar. They are aware about cross contamination. Chef made me gluten free nachos and gluten free pizza. This is the first ever vacation when i didnt lose any weight :) place was beautiful and clean. So peaceful. Not too crowded. highly recommended

Our stay was three weeks in an ocean front swim out room and in the indego preferred zone. Overall, the experience was excellent. The food has improved significantly vs our last stay in 2024. Most staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist us with our 18 month child. Our biggest gripe is the number of little avoidable errors. Mini bar filled with wrong product every day and with an 18 month off we certainly did not need the extra beers. No matter how many times we asked we continued to get the wrong items. The indigo zone is beautiful but is adult only so we were unable to use many of the facilities. The beach was cleaned by the end of our three weeks but was full of seaweed everyday and the sulfur in the air damaged almost all silver jewelry. Which will lead to a costly polish on our return home. We were charged for spa services that another room had used but was unable to leave the hotel without paying for them. It’s hard to really criticize the staff as they work very hard and are always delightful to deal with. Many restaurants closed without notice leading to long delays for a table if you happened to pick the wrong time. Typically 30-60min which with a baby is not always an easy thing to manage so we ended up using room service a few nights, which was on point and easy to arrange. This was our wedding and there was a long list of mistakes. Costly mistakes. We had hoped to book for our anniversary but now look elsewhere.

This was a beautiful resort. However, the beach was going to be my favorite part but the seaweed on the beach was AWFUL and the smell was worse. We paid for an upgrade for ocean view but the beach smelled and we couldn't even walk on it. It's not the resorts fault but it was disappointing.

The hotel was a short drive from the airport. I loved the nature paths to the rooms, as well as the big pool with enough space for everyone. The resort never felt crowded. The food options were great. Despite being an all-inclusive, the drinks were actually good. Also very family friendly!

The property itself is very beautiful, unfortunately the beach was not. Though they were cleaning it up the state that I saw the beach in was unacceptable. Especially since there were other sections on the same beach that were a lot cleaner. Additionally who ever is in charge of the events planning, if they could please put in place something native to Mexico. The views from the Sky Bar/Infinity pool are absolutely breathtaking definitely worth the additional $60.00.
