Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa was an excellent resort. We were lucky enough to get rooms which were close to all of the facilities. Staff was excellent! Food was good and there were many choices of restaurants. The Spa was fabulous! Had a great time!

Great resort! If you’re looking for some quiet time, make sure you book with the preferred club benefits so you can access the adult only pool. Pros: nice grounds, quick bar service, several restaurants, Hotel Indigo roof top bar and pool is amazing (extra cost), very clean Cons: small buffet, adult only pool requires preferred status, swing bar closes early, lots of seaweed on beach

This resort seemed promising based on the photos, so we booked a weekend for a bachelorette celebration. However, upon arrival, the experience was disappointing. The room was filthy: stained chairs, dirty floors, and no pull-out bed as advertised—just a stained couch. Worse, there were bloodstains on the sheets. When housekeeping was called, a staff member entered the room without knocking, followed by another who came in to refill the fridge, also without knocking. Feeling uncomfortable, we requested a new room. The second room was slightly cleaner but had a persistent mildew smell. The dining experience was underwhelming. The buffet was passable, thanks to the pasta station, but the ribeye at the water grill was inedibly salty. Bordeaux offered the best meal, though the petite filet mignon was tough and chewy. The only highlight of the stay was the massage and hydrotherapy experience. If you value cleanliness and good food, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Amazing resort. Upgrade to Indigo is highly recommended. Traveled with our 4 year old daughter. There was much for her to do, she loved the kids club, and always could find something to eat. We will be back!

Food is pretty good. Staff is amazing and really eager to please. Cristi, one of the pool servers was always friendly and always made sure our drinks were full. Communication is horrendous by management. The hotel does try and nickel and dime you from renting beach beds to making dinner reservations. Another guest told me they were told that Christmas Eve dinner and a show was $200 US dollars, which they paid. When we just walked up and sat down at no extra charge. They really push reservations by you buying a crappy bottle of overpriced brut. You can only make dinner reservations for dinner at Teppanyaki. But it sells out by 9:05am via the app. We lined up at Bordeaux at 5:45 ( it opens at 6) and was told it’s a 2hr wait - which is unacceptable.
