Moon Palace Cancun - All-Inclusive offers 1334 accommodations with indoor private hot tubs and free minibar items. Rooms open to balconies. Memory foam beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 55-inch Smart televisions come with satellite channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

This Cancun property provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 50+ Mbps. Long wait for transport to and from the lobby. Mosquitoes get really bad after dark. The worst part was the presentation—over 3 hours with 4 different agents pressuring us to buy a membership (basically a timeshare). Don’t fall for it.

I have stayed at the Moon Palace over 20 times; the first time in 1996. The resort has aged but still maintains a high level of service; friendly staff; good food choices; and safety. The rooms are getting outdated but I’m glad to see they have begun using an app for service requests. I would rate it 8/10.

Huge thanks to Manuel at the front desk and Jesus Torres, lobby ambassador at Moon Palace! Manuel gave us the warmest welcome and made check in a breeze. Jesus went above and beyond for us, handling all our dinner reservations and even setting up a WhatsApp group to check in on us daily. Traveling with kids can be tough, not only that but it was our first time in Mexico. Their kindness and care made our trip so much greater. Truly outstanding service!!
