Overall, our family had a great time at the resort and will be back to this or another of their properties. Most dinner restaurants were great, plenty for everyone in the family to do, and liked the evening shows.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Moon Palace Resort, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! This luxurious all-inclusive resort is perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The resort boasts an impressive array of amenities, including 7 outdoor pools, a water park with a giant waterslide, and a FlowRider. The beach is stunning, with white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking up the sun. The rooms are spacious and comfortable The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who cater to your every need. We stayed at Moon palace this winter 2025 and our experience was horrible. I heard a lot about Moon Palace but my experience shows the other way. Please guest when you go there do not but their timeshare. They do not even market it as timeshare they call it membership fee which is complete fraud. I have never seen any resort in Cancun whose focus is to sell business to their guest. No matter what they say DO NOT but the membership, it is all fraud.

Our stay at Moon Palace Cancún was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we had an incredible time and enjoyed every second of the experience. Service & Staff The staff here is super friendly and consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Every service provided was top-notch, reflecting a high standard of hospitality that made our vacation stress-free and truly special. Dining & Food If you are a food lover, this is the place to be! The food was excellent across the board—from breakfast and lunch to dinner. With 20+ restaurants on-site, there is an incredible variety and plenty of food to choose from. You could stay for a week and still not try everything! Cleanliness & Atmosphere The resort is very neat and clean, which we really appreciated. It’s clear the management takes great pride in maintaining the property, as the grounds and facilities were spotless throughout our stay. Final Verdict We had great fun and couldn't have asked for a better all-inclusive experience. I highly recommend Moon Palace Cancún to everyone looking for a perfect getaway with great food, friendly service, and a beautiful environment.

The Moon Palace Resort has great amenities and friendly staff, but our room experience was disappointing. The room had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and overall the condition felt worn and in need of renovation. Our room was changed twice in 6 days. This took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable stay.
