The staff was always friendly. The food Sucks at everyone restaurants, only decent food we had was the pizza from Portofino. The bars other than lobby bar and night club close @6-630 and the pools close @ 7 even though the signs show 8. Honestly should’ve paid the extra money for something nicer. Don’t waste your time here.

Kinda of a bummer going to the pool and listening to renovations on cabanas. Tools being dropped boards being dropped a lot of noise. The pools were always very dirty lots of debri floating around. Half the elevators were out of the resort for those who have a hard time going up stairs that was a bummer for them. Long wait times for restaurants because the seating was very limited. Over all a ok experience.

I got horrible service especially for it being all inclusive the first 2 ninght were ok last 3 were bad ny jacuzzi had black stuff coming out of it the water wasn't working the toliet was coming up from the ground

Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the resort. The rooms was nice and clean. I really enjoyed my plunge pool. The buffet was the best restaurant. My nephew enjoyed the children's pool and didn't want to come out. There was plenty of chairs near the pools and the infinity pool was beautiful.

This is a good resort and we had a good time there. All staff throughout the resort were friendly. All pools were nice and clean.Rooms are outdated and not sure how much you can clean these rooms anymore because they just look old and beat up. Food options were good and you didn’t need to make reservations for restaurants. Overall a good stay in the middle of the summer.

This resort was beautiful overall. The 4 stars was because it says it offers parasailing but there is no parasailing at the resort...which is the main reason I chose this particular resort. Also, it smells unpleasant when you step outside to the balcony. The smell may be coming from the ocean- which was brown so my niece did not want to go into the water. We just chilled in the pool. I don't think I will stay in Puerto Morelos again for this reason. I've never seen Cancun water like that. Otherwise its clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food was okay.

A must stay hotel in Cancun

My stay was amazing. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is well kept and the grounds are excellent maintained. The food was great and there were many activities on the hotel grounds to keep my family entertained. Room service was excellent. This is my future hotel when I got back to Cancun. I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I highly recommend. The poll activities and pool staff were all great. I’m glad the I chose dreams Riviriiera hotel.
