The staff was extremely friendly. We always felt very welcomed. They always made sure they took care of our needs. The food was good, especially pacos tacos. We visited xplore park, which was only six minutes from the resort and had the most memorable time!!

It is a beautiful hotel, great views, clean rooms but food needs improvements, we went to bed with out eating multiple days due to lack of quality and variety of food, and the only available snack restaurant that is open after 7pm (thats offer tacos and pizza called "Paco Taco"), it was too crowded of people with wait times of over 2hrs. Also, restaurant requieres to wear pants or jeans to eat. As I did not bring panta or jeans on my tropical trip, I was not allowed to make reservations to eat at restaurants, only at the hotel buffet, wish as mentioned before, there were no quality or viariety of food.

The check in took about 45 minutes not to mention that we had to walk to a separate building to able to check in because we made our reservation through expedia, food was terrible

Resort was good value for money. Food was good at specialty restaurants but snack bar by pool was pretty mediocre. Steak house was really delicious. The fillet was amazing and huge. Buffet had pretty good food and lots of options for breakfast and lunch. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and our room was very cool. However, my husband did overhear people complaining about issues with AC. Luckily, both the rooms that we had on the property we’re very comfortable and cool. Ramon at the snack bar was an amazing server. Too bad the food was hardly edible. Would stay here again. Lots of wildlife on the property, including mischievous monkeys. Reservations for dinner were made with a concierge.

Very nice property and staff. However my wife and I slipped and fell an a very slippery ramp. My wife scraper her forearm fairly significantly. She was attended by hotel staff but there was no follow up afterwards. Overall the floors are too slippery including the buffet area. Something should be done before someone is injured seriously.
