Beautiful hotel property perched above a central area to the main attractions. Breakfast is sensational with attentive staff. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready prior to check-in time. The staff was nice, the food was great but unfortunately the hotel is close to two of the largest concert areas, where you hardly can sleep until midnight. The shower in our room was filled with water which would be go down the drain due to the slope, and the spa had only a pool and a sauna. The steam too, the jacuzzi and the Turkish bath area were out of order. I think over Euro 500 for a regular room with no view in Istanbul is definitely overpriced!! There are so many better options!!

Beautiful hotel a little out of the way. Always have to take transportation not walkable. Arrived late at night had a beautiful chocolate tray in our room on arrival, as it was 1 am did not eat next day left to tour istanbul came back excited to have the chocolate and it had been removed by housekeeping. Mentioned to front desk said that should not have happened and would replace it was not replaced a little disappointing for such a highly rated hotel. Went to utilize the bonvoy suite for a coffee a staff member came in but did not replenish so also not able to utlize as there was nothing the during the open hours. Some staff were attentive and service great others felt very dismissive.

I’ve stayed at almost every Ritz Carlton property in Europe. Istanbul is very special! I extended my 4 day stay to 7 days; the hotel staff is A+. Very kind caring, makes you feel like family. I went on 3 tours through the hotel that were lifetime memories. Rooms were stunning, very clean, 2 ply toilet paper; great water pressure! I’ll be back and highly recommend!
