Not a 5 star hotel. mini bar was empty, the shower had an issue where I asked reception to bring someone to fix, which they never did. They should remove the term “King Bed” from their room description because the bed was smaller than “King” more of a “Queen sized” bed. breakfast was great, Unsafe lobby and many low-end guests. very expensive for what it is. pure disappointment for Hilton franchise.

Although we only stayed one day at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti, it was superb . One standout for me was how well Celil Sumengen attended to our needs , a true asset in my humble opinion. We’ll be back for sure !!
