I didn't like that the local people had access to the facilities of the building, especially the pool, since they take the equipment like umbrellas early and someone who pays to be there can't use them, the experience was bad, I had to deal with a local and in the end I didn't use the pool even though they make you pay for it, I'm going to see if they return the extras since they can't be used

Great hotel, great area, with a Monorail Train Station in a few steps that you can ho everywhere in the Strip and RTC Stops near the hotel in both directions. Honestly I would stay again…

We were checked in by our front desk agent Takila(sp). She was so helpful in making sure we got a great room. When we went to our original room we felt a little cramped. So we went back to the front desk to change rooms and she was so helpful in making sure we got a great room for not to much more a night ($25). It was an excellent upgrade!

Upon arrival the sheets were dirty. The tv did not work. And the elevators are extremely slow. You wait forever for them. I found it inconvenient. For the price it was okay I guess but I wouldn’t stay here again.
