Guest service at Sahara was okay, but not great. We had a group of seven and booked two rooms, yet both rooms had only one king-size bed each. When we asked for different rooms, we were told none were available and that they would bring a rollaway bed. Not the best experience for our first time staying there.

Yes the room was very clean. The only glitch was the lady that checked us in put the wrong tower of rooms on our key envelope causing us to get lost right away. Called the desk and they got us fixed up.

This was our first time to Las Vegas. We picked the Sahara for the great price and the good reviews. The Sahara was wonderful. The hotel was great. Our room was extremely clean and modern. Free parking. Everyone was nice and helpful. Will stay here again.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, bed was super comfortable and there was a Bell Hop gentleman named Edgar who gave us 2 rides in the Sahara Navigator to the Sphere then to the airport. He was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Also enjoyed the restaurants on site too! Stayed 3 nights in February so pools were closed. Highly recommend!
