This is our second time stay in Sahara. It is terrible that when we checked out, 28 floors of guests needed to wait for more than 30 minutes for getting on the elevator. The reason of this kind of terrible situation because this hotel only has ONE ELEVATOR for all the guests to use. Incredible! My Dad is 84 years old with cane needed to take stair to get down this hotel. Thanks God he didn’t fell down or else it should be a Lawsuit! Also the room shower room water drain so slow almost flooded! This is such a terrible situation.

Free parking. Rooms were super clean. Staff was super friendly to me. Please do keep in mind i had the opportunity to watch the concierge yell at a guest checking in before me. But was super nice when it came to my turn. Dont know the whole story behind that, but my personal experience was super good. Assuming there had to be a good reason. Regardless, it was definitely entertaining to watch. I would definitely stay here again.

I would have given an excellent review but, I was not able to use my Food & Beverage VIP credit due to their POS System update and no restaurants being able to charge directly to rooms. I was only there for two nights so when I checked out I had brought it up and the front desk person talked to their manager and said that they would refund me that amount from my Resort Fees to make up for not being able to use but that never happened either. Aside from that, the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

Room was not great. Walls were literally cloth nailed to a wall. The “couch” was weird and you could not sit on it- it was small in width. No outlets. Our door on the bathroom was falling off. We paid for an “upgrade” for this tower- absolutely not worth it at all. Would not stay here again. If you’re there to party, I’m sure it’s fine. We weren’t there for that so it was not great.
