Very disappointing stay.
The parking card never worked throughout my stay. I went to the front desk three separate times, and each time I was told the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, it never worked, and I continued to have problems entering and exiting the parking garage.
What made the situation worse was the arrogant and dismissive attitude of the front desk staff. There was no clear explanation, no apology, and no real effort to resolve the problem — just repeated empty assurances.
In addition, the hotel’s pricing and fees are extremely non-transparent. There were various charges, but no clear breakdown, no receipt, and no email or text notification explaining what the charges were for. Everything felt unclear and misleading.
Overall, this reflects poor management, lack of accountability, and very weak customer service. For a hotel carrying the MGM Grand name, this level of service is unacceptable.
I will not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.
