Maintenance work on the property's elevators will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the elevators and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.
The credit or debit card used to place the reservation will be required upon arrival to register. The hotel will place an authorization against this account to cover applicable charges for room, tax, and resort fees, as well as an incidental amount per day to allow access to room charging privileges. This place could really use some updated and cleaner features. A lot of the hotel leaves you feeling like you need a long hot shower at home to clean yourself off. The beds are hard to sleep in and the rooms smell like smoke. The carnival games are fun for kids!

The parking is horrible. There was a report of a shooting when I was staying there on 3/15/25 which turned out to be a whole bunch of teenagers fighting and causing havoc and running everywhere yelling that there was a shooting at the Adventure Dome. No one ever seems to answer when you call the front desk. There's no valet and no bell desk.

My stay at Circus Circus was Sunday, March 16, 2025 through Thursday, March 20, 2025. I upgraded my room, but it wasn’t worth it. I contacted guest services several times about the tv not working, which was fixed until Wednesday, March 19, 2025 during the evening hours. When I woke up on Wednesday morning, there wasn’t any hot water. Don’t waste your time staying here, there are much better hotels.
