Staff was very courteous during our stay. They were swamped busy, and every employee we were in contact with was cheerful and helpful. Room was spotless clean. bed was extremely comfortable. Quiet and 99% smoke free. Pre check-in on line and contactless and keyless check in similar to Hilton would be ideal. easier luggage service would be great as well give the ticket to bellman and have luggage delivered directly to room would be great. The only disappointment was the food court. Not very clean and not welcoming. The property owner should have standards for the tenants and their employees.

There was some miscommunication when we got there because although I had requested adjoining rooms, they didn't get my request through Expedia. Nevertheless, Jordan, who checked us into the Presitge area, took my complaints in stride and was wonderful in getting us great (and adjoining) rooms. The rooms were great and the perks we got through Expedia ($50 casino credit) helped us have fun without losing a lot of money at the slots. I would recommend the Venetian to anyone.
