Quiet- couldn’t hear any other guests. Room was very clean, sheets and bed were soft and comfortable, shower was good. Would have liked lotion in room. Tip for anyone staying - bring your own coffee pods . Keurig and cups are there, but charge for pods.

The staff were super friendly and always very helpful. We spent most of the day at the pool on our first day and it was very relaxing. I wish it was clearer that the hot tub was part of the spa and not by the pool but it was still very relaxing.

Everything went well . Check in was smooth . Only issue was we paid for an early check in and the AC was out in the room . I turned it down and we left . It never cooled off . They did fix it right away . I was just disappointed that we paid for the access and couldn’t use the room . No other issues . The room was clean and staff was great , security was good . Hotel was nice and close by a lot of attractions.

In a perfect location (center strip) with monorail station. Starbucks in the lobby. Piano bar in the casino and live bands play right outside! Great restaurants nearby. Ventilation needs an upgrade on casino floor, smoky. Also wish the rooms had refrigerators.

Room was accessible although I asked for one that was not. The call to change the room was a day after and way too late in the evening. WiFi and TV kept buffering even after maintenance came to reset it.
