We liked that everything was clearly marked and made it easy to navigate. Did not like the shower setup. The shower head was awful and it was basically a glorified misting. And no shower door, didn’t enjoy the cold draft.

The stay was pretty good. No refrigerator or microwave, no coffee or coffee machine in-room, limited in-room amenities, shower doesn’t have a door and water gets everywhere, no fan in bathroom. Bed was comfortable though.

I was playing no music and was sleeping and I get pounds on the door I opened it and it was secerty saying the naighbors have a noise complaint on me and was complaining about the wrong people and they came 3 times I told them it's not us the staff in Harrah's are rude but you get what u pay for tbh

The staff was super friendly. Check in was easy. This hotel was overly hot, stuffy and old. The rooms don't cool down enough when the AC is on. Toilets are loud. The room we were first in was loud from music from another area. Shower doesn't have a door, has a partial piece of glass so the floor gets very wet and slippery, we had no hot water in the first room. Moved rooms the 2nd night. similar issues but quieter. Our room was skipped by housekeeping, we had no toilet paper. Resort fees and daily deposit added to the room make this overpriced. I would recommend these for the price.

Checking in, there are self check in machines and a line to check in with a staff member. I got in line to check in with a person and a staff member made me get off the line to use a machine. For some reason it wouldn’t read my ID. In stead of getting back in line I had to go to the back of the line and wait again. After a long late night flight, all I wanted to do was go to my room. Instead had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Other than check in, the hotel was nice. Clean room, great location.
