Resort fee charged and resort area, which for us means pool, was closed, only 3 of the 6 elevators were working so long waits. Parking is not in the hotel you have to walk quite a ways through Million Mile Mall to get to lobby or Valet for $40 a day plus tip. WIFI free to a limit then $15 per day. And we don’t tip housekeeping till the last day, each day a little leas was done, go figure. The room was nice, the view was good. Overall clean.

The pool was closed for the season and it was 80 outside, curtains were not back out,carpet very dirty, shower water did not get hot in the am, no micro available, would not stay there again

Our original room was terrible. Every 3 minutes it sounded like a roller coaster going by. It was the elevators. My husband is active duty military and the noise was triggering his PTSD. The staff were amazing and were able to move us to a new room that didn’t have all of the noise. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the separate bathtub was so nice! Our second room had views to the Bellagio fountains, which was really cool since they are building the F1 grandstands and it’s hard to see them otherwise. The only reason I can’t give them five stars goes to the resort fee. When we asked the front desk staff what the resort fees covered, we were told Internet for two devices, free local calls, fitness center, pool and towels. Who needs the calls when you have a cell phone? Technically didn’t need the internet either since my phone had it, but what upset us the most was the pool. They had closed it for the season and wanted you to walk next door to the Paris hotel to use the pool there. That was not disclosed at the time of booking nor was it disclosed prior to our arrival. This was the most aggravating thing. Why am I paying a resort fee if I’m not allowed or going to use the amenities? It should be optional during the off season. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay. All of the staff were kind and friendly. The Mexican restaurant had good food, and Planet Hollywood is in a good location on the strip. Would stay here again if they make the resort fees optional.

The room was nice and clean. If there are any negatives it would be the artwork in the room was just unapealling and our toilet kept clogging up.
