The property was beautiful. Although it is an old building the upgrades were well done. It is located right across from the underground which makes traveling very easy. Pub and restaurants are across the street.Grocery shop within walking distance.

This hotel was old world glam, and the service to match! They had a full-time concierge that helped you with any challenges you may have had or questions about the city. Very close to many fantastic dining options as well and an underground station directly across the street.

Great location for Royal Albert Hall

Selected the hotel as perfect location for a gig at Royal Albert Hall and an exhibition at the Design Museum. Travelled from Scotland by train-easy to get to and hotel directly across the road from Gloucester Rd Underground. Room was a small double and plenty of space for solo traveller. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were v friendly. I didn't use any of the facilities -hotel is surrounded with plenty of options for food and drink. Highly recommend.
