It’s just ok. Staff seemed distracted and disinterested in providing any service. There was an interesting "lady" that was half clothed who came out from an office area and then sat in the sitting area waiting for a food order. It seemed like she was an employee, but it was all quite odd.

Wonderful location, beautiful hotel! So close to everywhere, especially with the tube stop AND a waitrose directly across the street, it felt like the perfect thing when tired and having busy days. There were a couple of hiccups, like the Nespresso machine not working and taking two requests to fix, and the holdup with unsupported charges they were trying to bill at check-out, but all in all a great stay and would happily check in there again!!

Our stay was good. However, i booked a room that specified it came with a sofa bed. I specifically wanted a room with a sofa as my husband has a bad back and spends more time in hotel rooms than in the past and we wanted the sofa so we could both sit comfortably while in the room, watching tv etc. The room i booked on hotels.com indicated it came with a sofa (luxury double room)... however at the hotel they advised not all luxury doubles come with the sofa. I belive the room description should be updated on hotels.com. i had looked at other hotels but in the end w3 booked this one believing it would satisfy our needs. The description also indicated it came with a fireplace... which it also did not. This was not a concern of ours especially given we travelled in September but again your description was inaccurate.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bailey Hotel in London. Its was located near the tube which made it easy to get around the city. The room was extremely clean and had very nice amenities. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at the Bailey Hotel again.

Really enjoyed our week-long stay at the Bailey. Great location in Kensington. Easy to access Kensington Gardens, the Victoria and Albert Museum and other sites. Shared a room with my mom and found it comfortable and spacious enough. Have to complement the staff for their attentiveness. Really appreciated all the support I received from the various folks who were concierge during our stay. All of them were remarkably helpful. Only critique was that the room cleaning folks could have cleared the used glasses and cups that started accumulating over a few days. Really minor issue. Would gladly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Location is fantastic - right at the Gloucester Rd. Tube station. Nice neighbourhood, close to attractions, did not feel touristy. Easy commute to the busy downtown core. We stayed for 3 nights then back for a final night after 5 days away. Room ready early and we were grateful for the accommodation. Staff wonderful. We never ate there but enjoyed a happy hour drink at the bar. Would stay there again if back in London
