Cold showers. Couldn’t get a live person on the phone or at registration. Up charged for everything, even though room was ready. Asked how to get to Caesar’s Palace they said to take a cab when there was a cross walk out the other door. Will never stay agin!

It was a fine hotel to stay for JCK if you wanted to save money. Save money on the room will free up a spot at the pool for one day. No chairs around the pool, like maybe 10? The beds seem smaller than queens are, but was told they were…don’t think so. All in all the spot is fine if you’re only going to sleep at night. Music is very very loud from 11 to 5pm, fyi. So would go back for a no frills spot.

Hotel was OK. Cigarette smoke smell was strong in lobby. Room was dimly lit, but OK. Fine place to sleep and shower. Problem was booking through Expedia. The hotel staff wouldn't let my boss check into one of the two reserved rooms when she got into town before me because the reservation was bought on my credit card. They suggested Expedia fax the info to add her to the room, which they couldn't, of course, because who has a fax machine in 2025?! Spent a lot of time on hold and talking to both Expedia and LINQ, only to be resolved by a wonderful on-site manager, Latrice, late in the evening.

The room was extremly small. Sacrifice a partial view and do the 2 queen bed room if possible. Hallways are a bit dreary. Hotel is so big, youre alwalking for days to the elevator depending on your room. The checkin process was a bit chaotic but employees are friendly and have great customer service. The room is pretty basic. If youre looking for a one night stay or a place to lay your head bc you're only there to gamble, this place is for you!

I liked the location in the center of the strip and on the promenade. Nice shower and comfy bed. King deluxe room was small, small window with no view, no coffee maker or fridge in room. Room had 2 uncomfortable chairs and a small ledge under tv. Hallways are painted dark and hotel staff is scarce. No one to welcome you as you come in. You must find your own way to a kiosk or long line to check in and then find your own way to your room following signs hanging from ceiling. The pool is small and nothing special. Get there early if you want a lounge chair you don’t have to rent. The pool gets crowded. TV remote didn’t work and we had to wait 3 hours for batteries that an engineer had to bring to the room couldn’t just pick up from front desk. Pay per view streaming didn’t work, movie kept freezing and unable to watch. We did get movie removed from bill after telling front desk. Beware of the resort fees when staying on the strip. Overall I found the hotel unappealing. There are better options nearby. I would not stay here again.

We travel to Vegas several times a year and usually stay at the Bellagio, Venetian, or a Caesar’s Palace. Our stay at the Linq started off with the early check in we called and requested not being ready, being given the run around between checking in with a human or a kiosk (even though we had tried online check in). The front desk staff were particularly unhelpful and told us they would email us when our room was ready. They never did. The hotel itself was sad and dirty- which turned out to be an excellent training experience with our young staff who traveled with us for work- we were able to give her visual references on a nothing-special run down hotel and others similarly situated yet immaculately maintained and why that made one far superior to the other. It was terrible and I hope I never have to stay here again.
