The line for check in was incredibly long, the mobile check in didn’t work with my Expedia reservation. Multiple people cut in line and nobody was managing the line. It was incredibly frustrating. The staff that I dealt with were absolutely delightful, but it’s clear they need more staff.

You get what you pay for. Was not put in the room I booked first night and the room was Terrible. Got front desk to change rooms the next day which they did their best to make it seem less. The north tower was better and exactly what I booked. Although the Reno looked very old in comparison to the pics online.

Our room was nice big and clean. I was dissapointed that there were no USB ports, fridge or microwave in the room. Prices in the hotel for food etc...were very expensive and with no fridge or microwave it was impossible to bring our leftover food back to the room so it got wasted. Water is an essential but no fridge to keep it cold. Walking to CVS or Walgreens and carring a case of water back isnt very guest friendly. With a bottle of water from the vending machine costing $3.00 we opted for filling the ice bucket and letting the ice melt.

They have shampoo, but no conditioner, no coffeemaker (so you have to pay $6 for a cup of coffee) no refrigerator (so you have to buy expensive food daily, no leftovers) no microwave. Stay 5 nights, gambled daily, saw ONE server who offered me a drink ONCE.

Excalibur is a great and inexpensive place to stay. Location on the strip is perfect. Royal pool was very relaxing and not crowded. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The only complaint I have is that our shower did not drain properly and conditioner was not included in the shower dispensers.
