Eco-Friendly 3-floor Townhouse
The facility is in the same compound that my family lives in, and we go great lengths to ensure the comfort and happiness of our guests. To this end, a bit about yourself and purpose of stay would be much appreciated. Further details of the accommodation include:
• It is a gated compound of 2 separate units (our family lives in one, and the other is the Airbnb). It is a secure area, with the police station just opposite and a few diplomatic missions are also in the vicinity. The accommodation is 3-floor storey building with 4 bedrooms, each bedroom is self-contained with a separate bathroom/toilet per bedroom.
(A) TOP FLOOR a. The top floor is a 1-bedroom penthouse (with a sitting room attached to the bedroom) b. It is self-contained with it’s own bathroom/toilet. c. The sitting room has 1 extra spare bed (making it 2 beds on the top floor). There is also a writing desk/chair, dressing mirror and big wardrobe (closet) d. There is a balcony on the front side of this floor, with a set of lazy chairs for relaxation and it gives a good view of the city. There is second (smaller) balcony on the back side of this floor, accessible from the bedroom. e. The top floor also has a kitchenette, with a microwave oven for light meals f. There is a separate fridge in the kitchenette of the top floor
(B) MIDDLE (SECOND) FLOOR
a. The middle (second) floor has two (2) separate bedrooms self-contained (with a shared sitting room serving both bedrooms) b. EACH bedroom on this floor is also self-contained with its own bathroom/toilet. c. The sitting room has 1 extra spare bed (making it 3 beds on the middle floor). There are 2 writing desks and 2 chairs in the sitting room. d. EACH bedroom has a dressing mirror and big wardrobe (closet) e. There is a balcony on the front side of this floor, with a set of lazy chairs for relaxation and it gives a good view of the surrounding area of town. There is second (smaller) balcony on the back side of this floor also, accessible from one of the bedrooms. f. The middle/second floor also has a kitchenette, with a microwave oven for light meals g. There is a separate fridge in the kitchenette of this floor also
(C) GROUND FLOOR
a. The Ground Floor has one (1) separate bedroom self-contained b. The Ground Floor has a Main sitting room, shared/serving all occupants of the building c. THE bedroom on this floor is also self-contained with it’s own bathroom/toilet. d. This ground floor bedroom has a dressing mirror and big wardrobe (closet) e. This main sitting room has 2 writing desks. f. The main big kitchen is on the ground floor. Fully equipped with cooker, microwave and a fridge. g. There is a store-room attached to the kitchen h. There is also a washing machine on in the kitchen i. There is the main balcony on the front side of the Ground floor, with a set of lazy chairs for relaxation and it gives a good view of the compound.

2. – there are 6 separate beds in the building. However, and additional 7th bed can be set up in the ground floor sitting room
4. Internet – there is wi-fi internet connection, available 24/7
5. A/C in each room. – each bedroom has its own A/C, and each sitting room also has A/C
6. Kitchen with equipment –- the main kitchen is on the ground floor and fully equipped with cooker, microwave oven and fridge, as well as utensils and food plates, cutlery, etc.
7. washing machine – there is a washing machine in the ground floor kitchen
8. water and electricity – - water and electricity available 24/7 - solar power back-up installed
9. Period of stay – The property is available throughout the year upon booking. Payment is monthly through Airbnb
