The BW Pearl plus its a very good hotel but the real difference is at the attention. The front desk is amazing. The hotel location is amazing near what you need in Addis. For sure when I return i stay there again.

We spent last night at the Best Western in Bole and had a wonderful tom. We were picked up on their shuttle bus and we're leaving the next morning on a domestic flight. We were very frazzled and the staff was so comforting and friendly. The morning breakfast was outstanding as well. Everyone was very hospitable and helpful. Thank you.

Best beds in Ethiopia

The service and personnel at this facility is absolutely excellent. The beds are the "best in Ethiopia" :-) A hotel with value for money close to Addis airport.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. The dining room is lovely and provides a nice ambiance. Breakfast buffet is very good. Shower was hot and did not leak outside of shower onto bathroom floor. The bad was very comfortable. I could control the air temperature in the room which was very nice. Lots of places to sit and visit with guests. Great location.

Phenomenal staff, nice facility and food…., only complaint was room floors not being cleaned properly. Bed sheets were clean but towels looked discoloured. Wifi is awful but I noticed that’s the same in a lot of places. Didn’t realize until end of stay I could have asked for an extra wifi router that worked better.
