This place always makes me feel at home. Great hospitality and services. Standard check out is 12pm which I love. However what makes this hotel spectacular is that they accommodated us to check in 2 hours earlier! Never a bad stay at this location. Rooms are huge, bed and bedding is beyond comfortable. Such a great location too! Walking distance to Polk street, and a moderate walk away from Japantown or even Lombard. 10/10

Quick and courteous customer service even though lobby was full of customers. Adequate staff, very professional. Beautiful hotel with adequate space to park and wait while checking in. Very adequate parking lot for guests. Very clean and well stocked café for grab and go food and the breakfast they provide. Very clean room with Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which are good products. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the city of San Francisco. This day was for overnight prior to a surgical procedure at the hospital, which is a short three block walk away from the hotel. But if I was coming for a pleasure visit, I would feel very comfortable in this hotel.
