Overall, pretty good.

The front desk people are fantastic. Upon checkin we were greeted well and made to feel very welcome. The room was a little tight as we were next to the houskeeping closet on our floor. Otherwise, it was clean and kept well. My only complaint is that the windows do not block out noise from outside. We were 20 stories up and heard all the traffic noise. The restaurant/bar is very confusing. You have to order from a guy at a register, then they bring food out to wherever you sit. Half the tables were roped off as “reserved” so it got hard to find somewhere to sit. The bar service was no better. When you got someones attention, it was met with an air of “oh you want a second drink? I thought you were just going to pay your bill”. The food was very good though. Typical fare, but hot and fresh. We really liked the location of the hotel. It was pretty central to anything you wanted to do or see so ubers were not too expensive. Some good little restaurants and bars in walking distance.
