The desk staff says this hotel is closing. The hotel no longer has a shuttle so I had to pay for two cab rides. The pub is closed so no food. Those were the two reasons I selected this hotel and I thought Sheraton was a safe bet for an airport overnight between flights.

Would not stay there, even for the price!

Booked this hotel as it is close to the airport and offered the shuttle (when we had booked). Got there and learn that the shuttle service was no longer offered and the only alternatives were a taxi or an Uber. Kind of frustrating when you booked for a specific service. The A/C unit was so loud we could barely hear ourselves talk in the room. After we bathe the kid, we got stuck with a strong moldy smell in the bathroom. Would not reccommend, even for the price.

No airport transportation

I had to take a hotel shuttle nearby, actually not so near by, because they had cancelled their airport service without notifying me. I also had to take a taxi back to the airport the next day. The personnel at the hotel were very nice. The location also convenient. It was the lack of airport transportation, which was why I booked there in the first place.

We pick this hotel for the airport shuttle and it wasn't available. We had to get there on our own. The employee at the desk wasn't very helpful, saying the hotel is about to go out of business and any complaint wouldn't matter.

Conveniently located for our needs but the room itself is tired and used looking. The lobby and immediate grounds are in great shape, but the room itself needs a new coat of paint and the well-worn furniture could be either touched up or replaced. Overall a decent place to stay.

I've stayed here before. The staff is friendly & polite. They don't have a restaurant & the parking fees are ridiculous, $60 per night......CRAZY!
