Stayed for one night before an early flight. Check in was fairly quick. The room was modern, clean and tea/coffee making facilities were provided. We requested a cot in advance which was left on the room for us prior to arrival. A self service take away buffet breakfast was provided from 4am. It was only a 5 minute walk to the airport terminal from the hotel. The car park is expensive and operated by number plate reading cameras. Only 10 minutes free parking is provided. Go over the 10 minutes and it's a £4 charge. Overnight parking is expensive. We had pre booked the long stay car park which I moved the car to. 10 minutes is a rush to unload when you have luggage, pram and a sleeping baby in the car. Considering we had pre booked and paid for a room at the hotel this is a harsh way to treat paying customers. I also e-mailed the hotel twice to enquire what time breakfast starts, both e-mails were not responded to.

We arrived after midnight but the check in staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and has everything we needed. We slept really well and despite being a stones throw away from the airport, there was no noise from. The road or the runway. Would highly recommend

The room was clean. Reception staff friendly. However I dont understand why they dont take Northern Ireland bank notes. For now its sterling and a UK currency.

Ich war rund herum sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Es befindet sich sehr nahe beim Flughafen Luton, praktisch um zu Fuss hinzugehen. Allein die Temperatur-Einstellung der Heizung hat mich gestört. Ich war im Januar dort und hatte schon etwas kalt. Vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass ich nicht begriff, wie man es besser einstellt... Ich kann wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.
