room clean and spacious, bathroom was a nice size, shower was amazing, staff and facilities in the hotel great, it's in a central location, only thing that I could fault was that the bed wasn't very comfy and the pillows were far too soft so didn't sleep well at all.

The rooms are nice, functional and have large snart TVs, tea and coffee and everything else you would expect, but the best thing about this hotel is its staff. They always give a warm welcome, are helpful and treat you like friends, especially Jules and Beth.

Room was lovely and clean apart from the pillows on the bed were awful we didn’t get a good nights sleep at all both woke up in pain in our necks 😫 tried using one pillow but did not help at all, I never usually complain as I have stayed in other Leonardo hotels previously and never had a issue but yeah I was looking forward to a relaxing night and a good nights sleep.

Beth at the front desk was fantastic, she was so friendly and helpful. We had a spillage in the room, she came to assist us within minutes. The stay was great. Cleaning of room was thorough.

Lovely spacious room. Extra towels need to be added to the info sheet on the table as we couldn’t find them till leaving, but not the end of the world. Good breakfast, bar had a lovely atmosphere. Great location and parking discount
