Absolutely lovely hotel with a fabulous position overlooking the harbour. Beautiful dining room and bar. Great room, generously sized and well-equipped. Everything was spotless.

Really nice stay only thing is the windows that looked onto the harbour were absolutely covered in bird poo

Amazing harbour views, worth the extra cost, memorable sunrise over the harbour. Easy walk into the centre of Falmouth.

This was the best post lock down hotel for normalisation, meaning they had enough staff, therefore customer service was good. Room lovely, breakfast best I have had in a long time Nice touch when checked in room after 30 mins a call to check we were happy with room and did we need anything

The service was outstanding. From finding a space for our car to securing a table at the restaurant (when actually they were fully booked). Nice attention to detail with high quality products in the room from the coffee to the shampoo

Another great stay at the greenbank, really friendly warm staff and we had a fantastic harbour view room which was so comfy, the location is ideal being so close to the centre and we had a lovely breakfast to finish our stay off happy days!
