All of The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet - considering it’s next to an airport and railway station - all I could hear was the occasional conversation by other occupants and the thud of doors. The restaurant was reasonably priced - but most items had a spice of sorts in the ingredients - my wife doesn’t like spicy food so had limited choice.

Another good stay here. The price increased around £40 within 2 days, a week before travel which wasn't ideal. Perhaps my fault, but a bit overkill. We were given a room on the first floor with basically no window, so natural light into the room was poor.

Room 415 smelt like sewage which was coming from the bathroom also cracks in the walls. Not what you would expect for £100. However the hotel did move us to another room as soon as we told reception about the stench Had nice food and staff were lovely.

The most convenient hotel for early morning Stansted departures. In just a couple of minutes you are in departures. Food is overpriced but the service in the restaurant is great.

We have mobility issues and the lady on reception went above and beyond to help us. Even took our bags to our room and made sure we had a room by the elevator to make it easier. Excellent service.
