Room and breakfast were ok however staff attitude was far from satisfactory The staff at the Leonardo hotel were frequently inconsistent and unhelpful. Doubtful about their professionalism and different staff repeating themselves. They were unable to connect a call to my guest over the room phone and relayed inaccurate information across. One staff cited faulty communication equipment thus necessitating an unnecessary journey in a storm.

We had a room for 3 adults, our 3rd stay at this hotel. The room is clean,the breakfast was delicious,plenty of choice and fresh, We had a meal at the restaurant that was really good. The staff were helpful, kind and we'll be back for sure.

Such a warm welcome into hotel - easy to check in and out, lovely Christmas feel. Rooms were super, clean, good temperature and had Plentg of tea and coffee. We picked up a hot chocolate with marshmallows at reception which was such a lovely touch!
