Great night stay prior to an early flight

Can rely on an excellent room, meal and sleep prior to an early morning flight out. Never disappointed, staff very efficient and welcoming. Restaurant staff outstanding.

No pool Sundays weekly for maintenance

Checked in at 6.45pm on Sunday. No leisure pool access at this time weekly due to pool maintenance. So why sell a facility when clearly not available. I feel cheated. This is my a regular business trip and health is important. Holiday inn , Clayton or tribe hotel is better serviced

Best stay for flying out or into T2

So easy if you’re flying out of collecting someone from terminal 2. Easy fast check in, very cosy bed and the room was spotless. Walking to my room, the lobby smelt so fresh & clean.

Amazing stay and even received a free upgrade to an executive suite which was lovely. Fantastic breakfast and spa. Staff were top notch in the breakfast lounge....Very hard working, attentive and really friendly! Only down fall was the crazy parking situation. It was something like £5 for 5 minutes which makes it hard for taxis to pick up. One of the lifts were out of service and one was being cleaned during peak times (silly really). There was one lift available at peak check out time and we were on floor 9 so we missed our taxi as he couldn't wait at drop off due to the private eye parking arrangements. The info boards are unclear for drop off/pick up waiting times.
