We found the room service food to be better and cheaper than the restaurants. The portions are huge, the food was excellent, and the prices were better. For example, main course plus fries were £35 in the restaurant and £19 in the room.

Good clean room with courteous staff. Had a lovely dinner there that night. However we had a water leak in the bathroom at 9pm, when we notified staff they came up and upgraded us into an Executive sweet for the night.

Welcome was slightly luke-warm, room was very spacious, bed very comfortable. Shower pressure poor, leisure facilities good but note they shut at 930 (not 10pm as advertised!). Excellent location if you are travelling from Terminal 2. Would stay again but isn't as nice of a hotel as I expected.
