It took a long time to check-in, both queuing and then waiting for reception to allocate the rooms. However, once we were in, the rooms were great - clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The proximity to T2 is fantastic. We also dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious.

Nice hotel, but the air con in the room doesnt really cool the room as much as youd want. Staff were friendly and helpful though. Breakfast was nice, but milk was warm and they ran out. When youre paying £22 for it, not really good enough. Close to terminal, but a premium price is too much for the level of room on offer

Staff were not customer focussed eg Wouldn’t let me drop my luggage on level 1, when i tried to drop off before returning the hire car. Level 1 needs a concierge. Restaurant staff tucked us away in another room with no vibe at dinner. Check in and check out computer/staff seem slow to me compared with other hotels and not friendly/responsive. They seemed more concerned with whether I had booked a superior room, than meeting my needs. Location brilliant. Room was clean and bed super comfy. Meal choice and standard was good.
